Abstract: An ergonomic and orthopedic pillow for avoiding face wrinkles during sleep including a first rest body where the user rests his head; a second rest body of a density greater than that of the first rest body, a filling portion inside the second rest body; the first and second rest bodies are defined in their upper part by a portion of generally rectangular shape, which in the lower part of each of its ends houses a pair of face receiving cavities in which the cavities of face reception have a half-heart shape, more specifically they are provided with a semicircular portion in their upper part from which in a tangential way a flat section with an opening angle of at least 45° with respect to a plane emerges perpendicular to the upper part of the first resting body where the flat section, at its termination, has a rounding on the periphery of the cavity.
