Patent number: 4461402Abstract: The present invention relates to a disposable liner comprised of a thin sheet plastics material formed into a long tube having left and right sides and a top and bottom. The tube is closed at each end by end panels formed by folded end flaps of the tube. One end panel has located therein an inlet port and an outlet port formed of reinforced plastics sheet material in the form of tubes attached to the panel. Each port surrounds an aperture in the panel. Upper hook fasteners are located at least at the left and right top corners of the liner at both ends thereof and a lower fastener is located along the bottom edge of the liner at one end thereof. The interior surface of the end panel of the liner opposite the inlet port is protected with a flap made of reinforced plastics material.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 1983Date of Patent: July 24, 1984Assignees: Don Fell Limited, Lawrence Fell LimitedInventors: Donald R. Patent number: 4449279Abstract: A bag of tough, flexible material, sealed to be liquid tight except for filling and emptying access ports, is designed for mounting in a standard transportation container. The bag is then filled with a bulk liquid and transported in the container to a desired destination where it is again emptied. To avoid the transportation cost of returning many such bags to the point of origin, while nevertheless not simply discarding them, the present invention provides the third alternative of so constructing each bag that, after use, it can be cut to become suitable for use as a tarpaulin. For this purpose the bag is constructed of a central, generally cylindrical, elongated portion extending at each end into a curved end portion. Tie down devices, i.e.Type: GrantFiled: April 21, 1983Date of Patent: May 22, 1984Assignees: Don Fell Limited, Lawrence Fell LimitedInventor: Seiji Takeuchi

Patent number: 4221296Abstract: A shipping assembly for dry bulk commodities consists of a polyolefin bag confined within a rectangular, rigid, metal frame. A wooden pallet forms a support for the frame and the bottom of the bag. The assembly can be assembled for use or disassembled for shipment, the frame being foldable and connectable to the pallet by means of hooks that can be readily moved into place but cannot be disengaged by attempted relative movement between the frame and pallet. The assembly and disassembly operations require no tools.Type: GrantFiled: May 29, 1979Date of Patent: September 9, 1980Assignees: Don Fell Limited, Gordon Fell Limited, Lawrence Fell LimitedInventors: Don R.
