    Abstract: Disclosed is a novel jib crane for panel trucks, or vans wherein the crane pivots along a common axis between opposing fixed bearing mounts. In practice, one attaches a lifting apparatus ratus to a trolley of the jib. A payload is hoisted off the floor of the vehicle, and after pulling the locking pin, the jib/mast is manually rotated until the payload is clear of the vehicle. The payload is then lowered to the ground.
