Abstract: A sneeze guard including a primary post, a clamp assembly secured to the post in a fixed position, a bracket carried by the clamp assembly, a secondary post held in the bracket in side-by-side relation to the primary post, and a panel mounted on the secondary post. The clamp assembly can be secured to the post in a number of different fixed positions. The secondary post is adjustable axially with respect to the bracket. The panel is carried by an arm pivotally secured to the secondary post, so that the angular position of the panel can be adjusted. A single clamp assembly may carry two brackets, each of which holds a secondary post. Each clamp assembly and bracket may be formed of semi-cylindrical parts adapted to grasp a post between them.
Abstract: An ADA-compliant pedestrian traffic control device including a hollow, one piece post having an open upper end, and at least one slot in the post below the top of the post. A cassette is mounted within the post at the level of the slot. The cassette contains a tape wound on a spool, the spool being spring-biased to rotate in a direction which winds the tape on to the spool. The tape is extendable from the cassette in a direction generally perpendicular to the vertical axis of the post, the tape extending through the slot in the post. The diameter of the cassette, along its entire axial length, is smaller than the internal diameter of the post, so that the cassette can be inserted into the open upper end of the post and moved to its location between the ends of the post.
