Abstract: A mobile communications device for management of properties (e.g., leased units within a building or floor thereof) includes peripherals for use by the property manager to capture input and a display unit for interaction with a model of the managed property, e.g., virtual elements corresponding to features or fixtures and based on underlying building data and inputs submitted by contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders related to the installation, maintenance, or repair of the features or fixtures, or other tasks for completion. The peripherals likewise allow the manager to submit their own input, e.g., messages, audio, and/or images related to task updates. The mobile device may be programmed to analyze model elements, stakeholder input, and manager input to classify and determine relationships between these components, e.g., relating submitted images or messages to the appropriate managed units and/or the appropriate fixtures and features.

Abstract: A system for generating and maintaining multidimensional logical models of a defined environment, including a structure to be erected within the environment, is accessible via mobile computing or communications devices. The logical models are compatible with other 2D or 3D blueprints and model formats, extending beyond the physical components of the structure to include additional dimensions such as scheduling data, cost information, resources management, and lifecycle data. The logical models are accessed and modified through reconfigurable portals tailored to designers, builders, contractors, managers, tenants, and other particular stakeholders. Stakeholders may add to a logical model—for example, commenting on the delivery or installation of a window or other fixture—via image, audio, or other non-text formats. The system may be trained to learn from new information about the environment or the structures by finding patterns in the inbound data and in existing data components of the logical model.

A relationship between two or more physical entities may be determined, and multimedia files of one entity that includes the other may be determined. Entities with no relationship between them, other than physical proximity (or other relationship) at a particular time, may offer multimedia files to the other entity that includes that entity.

Each ticket is provided to a client computing device, wherein the tickets further include at least a remaining amount of time until the identified consumer item reaches the finished time. A request is received from the client computing device to claim one of the consumer items identified by one of the provided tickets. Each of the claimed consumer items is associated with a claimed status. The historical purchase information is updated based on the request.
