The container body has a base portion, a top portion pivotally connected to the base portion, and a divider wall that separates upper and lower portions of the interior space with the top portion closed on the base portion. A slot of the container body is disposed generally between the upper and lower portions of the interior space, and a projection of the divider wall sized to fit into the slot to support the divider wall in an operable position between the upper and lower portions of the interior space with the top portion closed on the base portion.

Abstract: Insulated packaging is provided including an inner substrate and an outer substrate attached to the inner substrate to form an air gap therebetween. An expandable material including expandable microspheres is provided with the expandable material disposed between the inner substrate and the outer substrate. An adhesive material different than the expandable material is disposed between the inner substrate and the outer substrate to attach the inner substrate to the outer substrate. A method for forming the insulated packaging is also provided.

Abstract: A method of making a container includes applying an insulating material in an inactive form to form a layer on a first substrate. The applied insulating material includes expandable microspheres. The method further includes joining a second substrate to the first substrate to adhere the first substrate to the second substrate and to create at least a portion of a multi-layer composite having at least one air gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. The method further includes heating the applied insulating material to activate expandable microspheres thereof to form expanded microspheres. The method further includes increasing the thickness of the applied insulating material layer to thereby increase the volume of the air gap between the first substrate and the second substrate of the multi-layer composite by the heating of the applied insulating material. The method further includes forming the multi-layer composite into a container having expanded microspheres.

The cover includes an annular mounting portion that secures the cover to the cup rim, an outer annular side wall, an annular upper ridge, an annular inner sidewall, and an interior portion. The annular upper ridge has a drink opening, and the annular inner sidewall slopes downward and inward from the annular upper ridge toward the interior portion. The cap is removably attachable to the cover and includes a main body arranged to be positioned over the interior portion of the cover and a hinged flap extending from the main body. The hinged flap includes a plug adapted to seal the drink opening. The annular inner sidewall has printed text provided on the sloped surface of the annular inner sidewall opposite the drink opening.

Abstract: A beverage container having an outer shell and an inner flexible bladder or bag having a spout for receiving a liquid therein. The container is erectable and is formed from a unitary blank of material, such as corrugated paperboard. The container includes a plurality of walls that extend from a base, and a top having first and second inclined portions that meet at an apex. The spout is oriented vertically upwardly and may be disposed in an inclined wall portion to provide various advantages, including allowing a user to fill and transport the beverage container in the same orientation. The inclined wall portion also improves pouring characteristics and visibility of the spout.
