Abstract: A display unit for storing a tool assembly, comprising a base, a moving-rotating mechanism and a support plate. The base has a front end, a rear end opposite the front end and two opposite sides. The moving-rotating mechanism comprises at least one moving-rotating device. The support plate has a front end and two opposite sides for supporting the tool assembly. At least one of the two opposite sides of the base is coupled to at least one of the two opposite sides of the support plate by at least one moving-rotating device, and the front end of the support plate is moveable and rotatable from a first position at the front end of the base to a second position at the rear end of the base.

Abstract: A hand tool having an adjustable head with a joint lock mechanism. The joint lock mechanism comprises a first engaging device, a push button, a second engaging device, a first elastic device and a second elastic device. The push button is formed with a through hole and a first engaging portion. The second engaging device passes through the through hole and is disposed with a second engaging portion. When the first engaging portion engages the second engaging portion, the front end of the first engaging portion abuts the front end of the second engaging portion such that the second engaging device engages the first engaging device and is prevented from moving.

Abstract: A hand tool having: a head provided at an end thereof with an arcuate face and a handle, connected to the head to allow rotational movement in relation to the head. The handle is formed with a first receiving hole, a second receiving hole and a third receiving hole communicating with the second receiving hole. A positioning and locking joint, including: a first stop mechanism is received in the first receiving hole, and has an end constantly urged against one of a plurality of teeth formed on the arcuate face of the head. A second stop mechanism is received in the second receiving hole and has an end selectively engaging one of the teeth on the arcuate face of the head An operative pin is received in the third receiving hole for controlling the second stop mechanism to engage with or disengage from one of the teeth.

Abstract: A hand tool having an adjustable head with a joint lock mechanism. The joint lock mechanism includes a first engaging device, a second engaging device, a pull button and a first elastic device. The pull button has a knob portion and an engaging portion beneath the knob portion and the engaging portion engages the second engaging device. The first elastic device is received in a first aperture and abuts against the second engaging device with a forward force such that the front end of the second engaging device is pushed to engage the first engaging device.

Abstract: A socket connecting structure includes a connecting portion disposed on a suspension element and a stub extending from the connecting portion, wherein the stub is connected to a socket. The stub has a resilient stick formed on one side thereof and a spring formed within the stub. The spring has one end connected to an inner periphery of the stub and abuts a back of the resilient stick to provide a thrust to the resilient stick for connecting the socket when the resilient stick is worn out.

Abstract: A gear wrench allowing easy force application, having: a head, formed with a receiving compartment thereon for receiving a gear ring, the head extending along a first plane; a tail, extending along a second plane; and a neck, provided between and integrally formed with the head and the tail; characterized in that: the first plane is parallel to the second plane, and the neck obliquely extends from the head towards the tail to form a height difference between thee head and the tail. As such, the vertical component of force may be eliminated or minimized so as to effectively reduce occupational hazards; the horizontal component of force may also be increased such that the operator only requires a lower force to effectively tighten or loosen up a fastener.

Abstract: A driving member securing device for a hand tool includes a control member which has a skirt portion and a flange extends from an inner periphery of a central hole of the control member. The flange has a plurality of projections. The hand tool has a toothed wheel rotatably received in the head of the hand tool and an engaging hole is defined through the toothed wheel. The driving member has an insertion which is inserted into the engaging hole of the toothed wheel and includes a plurality of ridges and grooves. A groove is defined in the ridges and the grooves so that the flange of the control member is movably engaged with the groove to secure the driving member.

Abstract: This invention provides an articulated wrench, comprising: a box end; a handle; a fastening device passing through the through holes of the box end and handle; and a flexed spring disc. The fastening device has a head and a shank, wherein the head gradually expands outwards from the shank to form a flared angle having a tapering angle less than 45°. The flexed spring disc is provided in the indent of the box end and flexed along a diameter thereof to form a curvature.

Abstract: A hand tool having an adjustable head comprises a head, a handle, a fastening device and a joint lock mechanism, characterised in that: a bottom side of a concave pivotal portion of the handle has an inclining surface inclining forwardly from a first side of the concave pivotal portion to a second side of the concave pivotal portion; the joint lock mechanism comprises: a first engaging device and a second engaging device; the second engaging device comprises a pull button and a biasing device. The pull button is moveable from an unlocked position at the first side of the concave pivotal portion to a locked position at the second side of the concave pivotal portion. The biasing device is disposed at a front end such that when the pull button is at an unlocked position, a gap is formed between a rear end of the pull button and the bottom side of the concave pivotal portion; when the pull button is at a locked position, a front end of the pull button is adapted to engage the first engaging device.
