Abstract: The present invention relates to pyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazine and pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, the use of these derivatives as pharmaceutically active agents, especially for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of cell proliferative diseases, inflammatory diseases, immunological diseases, cardiovascular diseases and infectious diseases. Furthermore, the present invention is directed towards pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one of the pyrazolo[1,5-a][1,3,5]triazine and pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives and/or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

Abstract: A method for removing a stone from a patient comprising the steps of: providing a suction evacuation assembly which includes a sheath and one or more side arms; inserting and positioning a distal end of the sheath into a lumen or cavity of a patient's body containing a stones; connecting a tube to one of the side arms and to a collection bottle; connecting another tube to the collection bottle and a negative pressure system; visualizing the stone or foreign body using a scope inserted through the assembly; activating the negative pressure system in order to remove the stone from the cavity if the diameter of the stone is narrower than an inside diameter of the sheath and the side arm, or performing a lithotripsy on the stone to create fragments with a decreased diameter which allow the passage through the assembly; and collecting the stone in the collection bottle.
Abstract: A device for removing a stone, a stone fragment, or a foreign body from a patient comprising a suction evacuation assembly which includes a primary sheath with a flexible end, an obturator releaseably secured to the sheath, a side arm emanating from the primary sheath, a deflection mechanism which is operationally associated with the flexible end of the sheath and a secondary sheath with a dual lumen and an oblong shape wherein the dual lumen allow passage of surgical instruments and irrigation fluid and wherein the oblong shape provides for adequate space for the egress of stone fragments and fluid through the primary and/or secondary sheath, wherein the obturator is withdrawn from the primary sheath and the secondary sheath is inserted into the primary sheath and into the patient in order to facilitate the removal of the stone, stone fragment or foreign body.
Abstract: A rotary driving apparatus 1 includes a rotary body 5, rotation detecting means 6, six rotary weight devices 7a to 7f on the body 5, and a power generation device 8. The devices 7a to 7f include a rotary arm 10 rotatably mounted to the body 5, the arms 10 at approximately six-fold symmetrical positions around the point O, a motor 11 to rotate the arm 10 at a rotational speed same as the body 5 in a rotation direction opposite to a rotation direction of the body 5, and a weight 12 on a free end side of the arm 10. The devices 7a to 7f are controlled by the motors 11 such that all the arms 10 are oriented laterally on a same side, and the body 5 is rotated by a weight balance of all the weights 12 on all the arms 10 around the point O.
