Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing gold powders. The method comprises providing a vacuum environment and using an electric target to vaporize a source gold to produce gold powders. A spinner is operated and provides ultrasonic vibration effects. The spinner has cooling devices on the inner wall of spinner to cool down the up-rising gold powers and reduce the adhesive force of the gold powders. A static-electronic collector is then used to collect the gold powders.
