Abstract: A detachable lamp includes a seat, a fastening mechanism and a lighting module. The fastening mechanism includes a rotary latch having a stem and a latching portion extending from the stem. The lighting module is disposed on the seat corresponding by the fastening mechanism and includes a frame and an LED assembly received in the frame. The frame has an engaging member for being fastened by the latching portion. Thereby, the lighting module can be detachably mounted on the seat.

Abstract: A method for sealing edges of a vapor chamber includes steps of: providing a first cover and a second cover, the first cover having its periphery bent to form a first folded edge, the second cover having its periphery bent to form a second folded edge; providing a supporting structure and a wick structure between the first cover and the second cover; covering the second cover on the first cover with the second folded edge being superposed on the first folded edge; bending the first folded edge to cover on the second folded edge; and providing a pressing die to press the first folded edge, thereby tightly connecting the first folded edge to the second folded edge. In this way, excellent tightness of sealing edges of the vapor chamber is achieved. Further, the production yield of the vapor chamber is increased with a reduced cost.

Abstract: An LED lamp with adjustable projection angle is installed to a lamp pole and includes a fixture, a pivot element, a pressing element, a heat dissipating lamp holder and an LED module. The fixture includes a transverse pipe and a cut groove formed at the transverse pipe. The pivot element is passed through the transverse pipe and pivotally coupled to the fixture. The pressing element is installed to the transverse pipe and provided for reducing the cut groove to press and clamp the pivot element. The heat dissipating lamp holder is mounted to the pivot element. The LED module is installed at the heat dissipating lamp holder, and the transverse pipe is used for adjusting the angle of elevation of the heat dissipating lamp holder and the LED module. Therefore, the road lamp can be adjusted to a required projection range to enhance the use efficiency of the road lamp.

Abstract: A LED lamp for easy assembly and fixation includes a fixing plate, a vapor chamber, a LED module, an outer frame, and fixing elements. The fixing plate has assembling holes. The vapor chamber has a heat-releasing surface brought into thermal contact with the fixing plate and a heat-absorbing surface opposite to the heat-releasing surface. The LED module includes a circuit board and LEDs arranged on the circuit board. The outer frame is provided with through-holes corresponding to the assembling holes and an accommodating opening corresponding to the LEDs. The fixing elements penetrate the through-holes and the assembling holes respectively to assemble the outer frame with the fixing plate. With this arrangement, the vapor chamber and the LED module can be sandwiched between the outer frame and the fixing plate. Thus, the present invention can be assembled and fixed to a predetermined position with an excellent structural strength.
