  • Patent number: 6547503
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pressurized two-chambered container in the form of an aerosol can, in which a housing is provided with an opening that can be sealed tightly by a spray or aerosol valve. A product chamber and a propellant chamber are formed separately fluid-tight from each other by a flexible diaphragm in the housing. The product chamber can be charged with a product which can be release through said valve. The propellant chamber can be charged, on the other hand, with a compressed propellant. The product chamber communicates with the product-release opening. At least one end of a blank is left open to constitute subsequently the housing. The diaphragm is inserted into the blank through the open end, and the blank then is formed into the housing. An edge of the open end of the blank is reformed to narrow it into an integral mouthpiece that accommodates the product-release opening.

  • Patent number: 6361633
Abstract: A method and device for producing a two chamber pressure pack comprised of an outer container (1) and an inner sack (2) which are glued in an edge area. After inserting the inner sack into the outer container, the edge area of the inner sack is expanded by means of a tool, said tool being guided into said area, and is pressed against the inner surface of the edge area of the outer container. Afterwards, the edge areas which are connected to one another are mutually bordered by the outer container and inner sack. A valve cover is placed on the bordering edge in a sealed manner. In order to be able to uniformly expand the edge area of the inner sack, a compressible elastic body (5) is used as a tool, said body being arranged approximately vertical in relation to the opening plane. When the inner sack is being inserted into the outer container, the outer periphery of said body is smaller than that of the inner wall of the inner sack edge area.

  • Patent number: 5799469
Abstract: In a method for the manufacture and/or filling of a two-chamber pressure pack comprising an outer container having a can wall, a bottom and a valve opening and of a bag having a bag bottom in the outer container for receiving a product, the outer container and bag enclose a space for receiving a gas. The space between outer container and bag is in this case filled with the gas prior to filling the bag with the product.

  • Patent number: 5686140
Abstract: A method for producing a container, such as for example a can or tube, for the accommodation of a filling material, wherein after production of the container, its interior is primed and wherein a coating is applied on the primer with a layer thickness of 30-70 um. A plastic, preferably made of a polyolefin or the like, is used as the coating.

  • Patent number: 5126086
Abstract: A method for producing a container having an inside bag for the accommodation of a filling material w which is applied by a propellant between the container and the inside bag from a valve or the like, wherein after production of the container, for example by pressing, deep drawing or the like, its interior is provided with an inside protective lacquer and subsequently primed. Thereupon, plastic for the inside bag is injected into the container and the container having the inside bag is subsequently subjected to heat to remove superfluous solvent from the plastic. Then a bottom hole is shaped out for the later introduction of the propellant. After injection of the plastic, the container is placed in an oven and rotated therein for a lengthy period.
