Abstract: Disclosed in the present disclosure is a method and an electronic apparatus for identifying video characteristic, wherein, the method includes the following steps: acquiring a video sample to be identified; extracting all key frames of the video sample; classifying the plurality of key frames of the video sample using a deep learning model; and determining whether the video to be identified is a salacious video according to a classification result. Therefore, videos regarding salacity could be identified in a video library. As a result, operating risks are reduced and financial and human resources are saved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a transcoding method and electronic apparatus. The method includes: obtaining 16 H.264 video macro blocks; determining encoding type of the 16 H.264 video macro blocks; transcoding the 16 H.264 video macro blocks into a H.265 coding tree unit CTU according to preset intra-frame transcoding correspondence if the encoding type of the 16 H.264 video macro blocks is intra-frame coding; transcoding the 16 H.264 video macro blocks into one H.265 CTU according to preset inter-frame transcoding correspondence if the encoding type of the 16 H.264 video macro blocks is inter-frame coding. The device includes: capturing module, determination module, first transcoding module and second transcoding module. The present invention has no need to decode H.264 video macro blocks to produce original video data, so the transcoding process can speed up and save time.

Abstract: Disclosed is a video transcoding method which enhances the efficiency of segmentation transcoding, including: performing frame rate conversion analysis on a video to obtain result information of frame rate conversion and position information of an IDR frame, and dividing the video into first video clips according to the position information of the IDR frame; splicing all the first video clips to produce second video clips according to chronological order and preset rule; encoding all the second video clips to obtain statistical file of the video according to the result information of frame rate conversion; determining scene switching position of the video according to predetermined frame type of the statistical file; splicing all the first video clips to produce third video clips according to the scene switching position; encoding and splicing all the third video clips to produce a complete video file according to the result information of frame rate conversion.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method of real-time transcoding for inheritance of encoding information and a device for the same. decoding an input code stream and obtaining a code stream information during process of decoding, wherein the code stream information comprises frame type and macroblock encoding information of a decoded frame; and predicting frame type and macroblock encoding information of the decoded frame corresponding to the input code stream according to the code stream information, and transcoding the input code stream. A 4K real-time transcoding featured with low cast, high quality and high efficiency is achieved.

Abstract: The present embodiments disclose a video transcoding method and system, wherein, decodes an inputting code stream by a GPU to obtain a decoded inputting code stream; analyze the decoded inputting code stream by a CPU to obtain a marco block information required in encoding; encode the decoded inputting code stream in a target bit rate by the CPU according to the marco block information required in encoding. Use the GPU to decode for saving resources of the CPU, code stream analyze a decode stream at the same time, improve an overall transcoding speed without affecting a transcode quality at the same time, save transcode CPU resources.

Abstract: A method and electronic device for online tuning an application. The method includes: receiving an application tuning request sent by a user terminal; parsing the application tuning request so as to determine a property parameter set of the user terminal; comparing the property parameter set with various index sets in a type reference system, wherein each index set in the type reference system corresponds to one type, determining a plurality of similarities between the property parameter set and the various index sets, and determining the type of the user terminal according to the similarity determination result; and determining an adapted tuning parameter configuration file with reference to a tuning parameter configuration list corresponding to various types in the type reference system according to the determined type of the user terminal and sending the tuning parameter configuration file to the user terminal.

The method includes: determining a service quality level of all edge nodes serving for a partition with respect to a video according to historical data of a blockage ratio and slow speed ratio in accessing the video in the partition; establishing a mapping model between a user's priority and the service quality level; receiving a request from the user in the partition for accessing the video and determining the priority of the user; dispatching an edge node having a corresponding service quality level for the user based on the determined priority of the user and the mapping model. Accordingly, edge nodes being able to provide excellent service can be quickly selected by the video accessing user based on historical access data, which guarantees the service quality and improves the user experience.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide a method for adaptive spatial-domain video denoising, including: acquiring the pixel value of each pixel at the same positions of a current frame and a previous adjacent frame thereof so as to calculate the noise intensity of the current pixel; and acquiring the pixel values of adjacent pixels in the up, down, left and right sides of the current pixel in a current frame respectively, calculating the denoising weights of the current pixel and the adjacent pixels in the up, down, left and right sides according to the noise intensity, the pixel value of the current pixel and the pixel values of the adjacent pixels in the up, down, left and right sides, and using a value acquired through weighted average to replace the pixel value of the current pixel so as to maximally reserve frame details while implementing the adaptive spatial-domain denoising of the current pixel.
