Abstract: A computerized method for a symmetric encryption cipher with steganographically embedded access controls includes generating a data structure relating to a cryptographic key of an invariant size and a variable encryption strength. The data structure is configured to dynamically allocate a plurality of adjacent data stores containing: an initialization vector (IV) for deriving a cryptographic key; a variable-length padding space dynamically coupled and inversely related to the variable encryption strength of the cryptographic key; and a seed array relating to the cryptographic key. User-authentication information, such as biometric data and/or access control information, may be steganographically embedded in the variable padding space of the cryptographic key.
