Abstract: A static sprinkler presettable to select a desired water discharge pattern includes a lower part formed with a cavity defined by a cylindrical surface and extending axially from an inner end of the lower part serving as a water inlet through the outer end of the lower part; and an upper part carried by the lower part and having a cylindrical stem received within the cavity and engaging the cylindrical surface. The upper part is rotatably presettable with respect to the lower part to align one of a plurality of water discharge openings in one part with a passageway in the other part to thereby enable selection of the water discharge pattern of the sprinkler.
Abstract: A dispenser for dispensing a mixture of a substance diluted with a liquid, includes a housing having an attaching section for attaching the housing to a container for the substance, a dispenser inlet for connection to a pipe supplying the liquid, a dispenser outlet for connection to a pipe to deliver the mixture, a chamber communicating with the dispenser inlet and outlet and including a chamber bottom wall formed with a container inlet port and with a container outlet port such that, when a container is attached to the housing, the container inlet port leads from the chamber to the container, and the container outlet port leads from the container via the chamber to the dispenser outlet, and a control valve in the chamber for controlling the flow of the liquid therethrough to the container inlet port.
Abstract: A portable water-mixture dispenser includes a housing having a manually-grippable handle, a container carried by the handle for containing a substance to be selectively mixed with the water when discharged from the housing outlet, and a control valve within a control chamber in a connecting passageway communicating with an inlet port of the container. The control valve is manually presettable to: (a) a first position to steer the water from the housing inlet directly to the housing outlet; (b) a second position to steer the water from the housing inlet to the container inlet port; or (c) a third position to block the flow of water from the housing inlet to both the container inlet port and the housing outlet.
Abstract: Irrigation apparatus includes a feeder line connectible to a source of pressurized water, and an outer line of larger diameter than, and enclosing, the feeder line to define an annular water chamber between them. The outer line includes a plurality of irrigation devices spaced along its length communicating with the water chamber. A plurality of pulsator devices are spaced along the length of the feeder line and connect the feeder line to the water chamber.
