Patents Assigned to Leibniz-Institut für Pflanzengenetik Und Kulturpflanzenforschung (IPK)
  • Patent number: 11015205
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for production of an oligomeric protein in eukaryotic cells by co-expression of two fusion proteins in eukaryotic cells comprising a protein-S-Tag fusion protein, wherein the protein is an antigen or an antibody, and a S-protein-tail piece (tp) fusion protein. Furthermore the present invention relates to an oligomeric protein comprising at least a protein-S-Tag fusion protein and a S-protein-tail piece (tp) fusion protein, wherein the protein of the protein-S-Tag fusion protein is an antigen or an antibody, and the use in vaccines.

  • Patent number: 7834243
Abstract: The invention relates to promoter regions, under the control of which transgenes can be expressed in plants in an epidermis-specific and pathogen-inducible manner. The invention also relates to recombinant nucleic acid molecules, including the promoters, to transgenic plants and plant cells, transformed with said the nucleic acid molecules and to methods for producing the same. The invention also relates to nucleic acid molecules, including a promoter according to the invention, nucleic acid sequences or transgenes, which can convey resistance to pathogens, plants and cell plants, transformed with the nucleic acid molecules and methods for producing the same. The invention also relates to the use of the promoter region according to the invention for analyzing pathogen-induced signal transduction pathways in plant cells.
