  • Patent number: 8678637
Abstract: An extruder screw includes a screw shaft with several screw elements which can be or have been detachably slipped onto this shaft, the screw shaft having an external gearing and the screw elements having an internal gearing which engage the external gearing. The profile of the teeth of the external and the internal gearing are asymmetric, whereby in relation to a preferred direction of rotation of the extruder screw, the torque-transferring flanks of the teeth of the external and the internal gearing make a smaller angle with the perpendicular to the axis of rotation than do respective opposing flanks, at the teeth, of the external and internal gearing.

  • Patent number: 7501049
Abstract: ECM machine for electrochemically machining metallic workpieces by anodic dissolution of the workpiece by means of an electrolyte and an applied dc voltage, comprising at least one revolving table for mounting the workpiece or a workpiece carrier, as well as a portal with a transverse girder, at which one or two cathodes are provided, the at least one revolving table being rotatable about a vertical axis and being movable along horizontal guides linearly with respect to the revolving table. The transverse girder is movable vertically at vertical guides of the portal, transverse girder being rotatable about a horizontal axis of rotation. The cathode or cathodes are clampable each at one or at a common clamping device at the transverse girder and/or movable linearly along the transverse girder at least at one horizontal guide.

  • Patent number: 7473087
Abstract: Device for exchanging an extrusion cylinder of an extruder, the extrusion cylinder consisting of several cylinder sections and at least one screw element, which is in the interior of the cylinder and is coupled with the driving unit of the extruder for the purpose of extruding, a frame-like carrier being provided, which carries the extrusion cylinder and over which the extrusion cylinder can be held at accommodating means, which are provided at the extruder, as well as at mobile transporting means, a movement mechanism being provided at the accommodating means and/or at the transporting means and enabling the extrusion cylinder to be moved in a direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis for exchanging the complete extrusion cylinder from the accommodating means to the transporting means and vice versa.

  • Patent number: 6179345
Abstract: A device for connecting two tubular piping parts, in particular piping parts in a motor vehicle exhaust system, has two connector pieces with a sealing device being mounted between the connector pieces. The connector pieces are stressed against each other in axial direction by a spring device. The spring device has a wire spring which surrounds one connector piece at least partially with two spring branches and is supported by this connector piece. The wire spring is stressed against a stop on the other connector with the spring branches or another area of the wire spring.
