Patent number: 12681155Abstract: An ultrasound processing system, a transceiver circuit, and a method related to beamforming are provided. The ultrasound processing system includes a transceiver circuit. The transceiver circuit includes one or several delay calculators. Each delay calculator is configured with a beamline initial location, a receiving ultrasound element location, and a steering angle and is configured to determine location information according to the beamline initial location, the receiving ultrasound element location, and the steering angle. The beamline initial location is the location of beamline on a baseline. The receiving ultrasound element location is the location of receiving an echo of the ultrasound signal on one transducer element. The steering angle is an angle relationship related to the beamline and the baseline. The location information includes the location of points on the beamline and the distance from these points to the receiving ultrasound element location.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2024Date of Patent: July 14, 2026Assignee: Leltek Inc.Inventors: Biyun Yeh, Sheng-Chang Peng, Jui-Yuan Tsai, Kuo-Ping Liu

Patent number: 11090030Abstract: An ultrasound apparatus and a method of emitting plane wave are provided. The ultrasound apparatus includes an ultrasound probe, a transceiver circuit, a switch module and a processor. The ultrasound probe has a 1st to a Mth transducer elements for respectively emitting ultrasound beams to form the plane wave, and the transceiver circuit has a 1st to a Nth transceiving channels. M, N are positive integers, and M is a multiple of N. During a scanning period, the processor controls the switch module to initially and respectively connect the 1st-Nth transceiving channels to the 1st-Nth transducer elements, such that the 1st-Nth transducer elements successively emit the ultrasound beams. After the ultrasound beam is emitted by the Nth transducer element, the processor controls the switch module to respectively connect the 1st-Nth transceiving channels to the (N+1)th-(2N)th transducer elements, such that the (N+1)th-(2N)th transducer elements successively emit the ultrasound beams.Type: GrantFiled: November 10, 2016Date of Patent: August 17, 2021Assignee: Leltek Inc.Inventors: Ying-Yi Liu, Sheng-Chang Peng, Kuo-Ping Liu

Publication number: 20180338746Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a power management method and an ultrasound apparatus using the same. The ultrasound apparatus includes an ultrasound probe, an TRX circuit, a position sensor, and a processor. In the disclosure, power is supplied to the ultrasound apparatus, and an ultrasound scanning is performed. During the ultrasound scanning, position information of the ultrasound probe is being continuously detected by the position sensor. Whether the ultrasound probe is in a static state during the ultrasound scanning is determined. When determined that the ultrasound probe is in the static state during the ultrasound scanning, a power saving mode is entered, such that the ultrasound scanning is stopped. Within the power saving mode, the position information is continuously detected. Whether the ultrasound probe is still in the static state under the power saving mode is determined.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 24, 2017Publication date: November 29, 2018Applicant: Leltek Inc.Inventors: Chien-Hsin Wu, Ying-Yi Liu, Sheng-Chang Peng, Kuo-Ping Liu
