The mobile terminal device includes a server function part that provides information to another terminal device; an email control part that sends information, regarding an access method for accessing the information with another terminal device, to another terminal device via an email; and a server access control part that operates the server function part so as to start processing for providing the information when another terminal device makes an access according to the access method.

Abstract: A mobile device is provided having a smart card. The smart card is programmed with UICC applications metadata that is provided to the mobile device during a power-up or reset routine. The mobile device uses the UICC applications metadata to generate a user interface that allows a user to launch directly an application on the smart card. Icons for the UICC applications can be displayed together with icons for applications residing on the mobile device. In this way, the user selection of UICC resident applications is facilitated and can be made transparent to the user.

The filtering disabling means disables a filtering which prevents connecting with an unregistered wireless terminal whose an unique ID is not registered in a filter list. The unique ID registration means acquires the unique ID of the wireless terminal and registers the acquired unique ID in the filter list, upon a state where the filtering is disabling, if a connection request is received from the wireless terminal. The filtering enabling means enables the filtering after the unique ID of the wireless terminal is registered in the filter list.

Abstract: In a portable terminal apparatus, a CPU determines receiving condition of broadcast data received by a television broadcast receiving unit, while recording the received data, and records information indicating receiving condition according to the determination result. The CPU obtains information indicating recording condition of the recorded broadcast data based on information indicating receiving condition, and displays the obtained information on a main display unit. Specifically, the CPU sequentially receives time stamps synchronous with broadcast data while receiving and recording the broadcast data, and records them in time series as information indicating receiving condition. The CPU determines whether time stamps recorded in time series are temporally continuous, and specifies any error portion where the recorded broadcast data has not been received normally, according to the determination result.

The UE reads the PDCCHs of component carriers (CCs), wherein the downlink control information (DCI) in the PDCCHs of each CC is read according to one of a plurality of predefined formats derived from the higher layer signaling.

Abstract: An interference power measuring circuit in a base station measures the interference power in a cell that the base station belongs to. When the measured interference power is larger than a predetermined value, the transmitter in the base station transmits the interference information for each frequency used in the FDMA communication system to a base station in a neighboring cell. The base station in the neighboring cell instructs user equipment that communicates the base station to reduce a transmission power.
Abstract: In position measurement device, a positional data acquirer measures a present position to acquire positional data. A positional data storage sequentially stores the positional data acquired by the positional data acquirer. A determiner determines, on the basis of the positional data sequentially stored by the positional data storage and a predetermined criterion, whether a position of a user at a present time is a position of a location to be recorded. And, a locational information storage stores, if the determiner determines that the position of the user at the present time is the position of the location to be recorded, the positional data of the position as locational information.
