    Abstract: The application relates to a heart valve clamp, comprises a fixed arm mechanism, a clamping arm mechanism, and a driving mechanism. The fixed arm mechanism comprises a fixed arm body and at least two fixed arms, extending outward from the fixed arm body, and integrally formed with the fixed arm body. The clamping arm mechanism comprises a clamping arm body connected to a bottom of the fixed arm body, and at least two clamping arms extending outward from the clamping arm bodies and integrally formed with the clamping arm body; and the driving mechanism comprises a second driving assembly that drives the fixed arm and the clamping arm to open or close. The fixed arm mechanism and the clamping arm mechanism of the entire heart valve clamp respectively forms an integral form, which can avoid the risk of the fixed arm or the clamping arm being disengaged, the stability of the whole structure is better.

    Abstract: An inflation-deflation device for tourniquet comprising: a barrel (11) and a plunger (12) fitting tightly within the barrel (11). A connecting rod (13) is fixed at one end of the plunger (12). The barrel (11) is fixedly connected at its bottom to a short tube (10). The short tube (10) is connected to the interior space of the barrel (11). The connecting rod (13) having a cruciform cross-section structure, a baffle (16) is perpendicularly fixed to the two sides opposite each other from the central axis of the structure. Connected on the barrel (11) is a clasp (15), the clasp (15) is fixedly connected to the barrel (11) and extends into the interior surface of the barrel (11). The inflation-deflation device has a distinctively designed inflation hole connection tip, to prevent confusion with a standard Luer connection of an ordinary liquid syringe, and also has a distinctively designed deflation limit, to control effectively the volume of gas discharged in a single deflation, and to prevent mishandling.

    Abstract: A stent with multi drug-coatings includes a stent body and active drugs. A portion of the surface or the entire surface of the stent body is covered with at least one layer of active drug coating. Use of such a stent not only can accelerate endothelialization of coronary, but also resist cell proliferation, resist the migration of smooth muscle cells, reduce the formation of thrombus and the inflammatory reaction of cells and recover the flexibility of vascular tissues. Multi drug-coatings can prevent the multiple phases of restenosis, resist the release of drugs at different phases of endothelial repair, and play a role in co-resisting vessel stent restenosis by various drugs. Well-composed multi drug-coatings make the coating area and coating layers of drug-eluting stent and drugs compatibility more reasonable, make the use of drug-eluting stent more secure, and produce better treatment effects.
