    Abstract: An inflatable headboard system is provided having an inflatable bladder having a port for inflation and in preferred embodiments a cover. A fastener is provided either on the inflatable bladder or on the cover. When the fastener is on the inflatable bladder, the cover has openings to coincide with the positioning of the fastener.
