Abstract: A pet entertainment apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus may include a frame, a movable unit, and a control unit. The movable unit may be configured to move within frame edges in an X-Y plane. The movable unit may include an actuation unit configured to cause an object to be pushed upwards along a Z-axis perpendicular to the X-Y plane when the actuation unit is activated. The control unit may be coupled with the movable unit and the actuation unit. The control unit may be configured to cause a movement of the movable unit in the X-Y plane and activate the actuation unit.
