More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting a power headroom reporting in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: generating a PHR MAC CE (Power Headroom Reporting MAC Control Element) for activated cells comprising a first cell and a second cell; and transmitting a power headroom reporting through the generated PHR MAC CE to a network in a subframe, wherein the generated PHR MAC CE includes a value of Type 2 PH (Power Headroom) information for the first cell followed by a value of a Type 2 PH information for the second cell, and the Type 2 PH information for the second cell followed by a value of Type 1 PH information for the first cell.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for encoding and decoding image information and to an apparatus using same, and the method for encoding the image information, according to the present invention, comprises the steps of: generating a recovery block; applying a deblocking filter to the recovery block; applying a sample adaptive offset (SAO) to the recovery block to which the deblocking filter is applied; and transmitting the image information including information on the SAO which is applied, wherein in the step of transmitting, information for specifying bands that cover a scope of a pixel value, to which a band off set is applied, is transmitted when the band offset is applied during the step of applying the SAO.

Abstract: A mobile terminal capable of selecting optimum satellites among a plurality of positioning satellites and a method of selecting positioning satellites are disclosed with reference to embodiments of the present invention. If DOP (dilution of precision) increases as the number of positioning satellites increases, satellites to be used for positioning are automatically selected from GNSS satellites based on satellite information and a user's menu setting. This can enhance the accuracy of positioning and can reduce battery consumption. In particular, satellites for positioning are spaced from each other by a prescribed distance to reduce DOP, thereby enhancing the accuracy of positioning. Further, multipath signals are reduced in order to enhance the accuracy of positioning.

The user equipment transitions from the RRC connected mode to an RRC idle mode and logs measurements based on the MDT configuration. The user equipment transmits to the base station a logging indicator indicating an availability of the logged measurement.
