Abstract: A method and apparatus for scheduling uplink (UL) transmission in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives a backoff parameter from a network, and determines whether or not to apply the received backoff parameter before transmitting a scheduling request (SR) to the network via a dedicated channel. Whether or not to apply the received backoff parameter is determined according to a prioritized access, and the prioritized access corresponds to one of emergency access, high priority access, control element/information in media access control (MAC), radio link control (RLC) or packet data convergence protocol (PDCP), data radio bearer (DRB) for voice/video service, signaling radio bearer (SRB) 0, SRB 1, SRB 2, multimedia telephony service (MMTEL)-voice, MMTEL-video, and voice over long-term evolution (VoLTE).

Abstract: A lighting apparatus for a vehicle includes a main lens; a light source device configured to emit light; and a first reflecting unit provided in a partial area of a front surface of the main lens. The lighting apparatus also includes a scanning module configured to reflect the light emitted from the light source device to the first reflecting unit in a predetermined scanning pattern. Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing access control for wireless local area network (WLAN) interworking in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives access class barring information for a traffic steered from a WLAN to 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) long-term evolution (LTE) from a network, and performs access barring check for the traffic steered from the WLAN to the 3GPP LTE using the received access class barring information. If a cell is not barred according to the access barring check, the UE transmits a radio resource control (RRC) connection request message to the network.

Abstract: Photographing apparatus and method for controlling the photographing apparatus are disclosed. The present invention comprises: a lens; a beam splitter; a first image sensor for outputting first image data; a second image sensor for outputting second image data; a display unit for displaying the first image data; and a control unit for correcting the pixel value of at least a part of the first image data displayed on the display unit on the basis of brightness information obtained from the second image data, and when a malfunction of the first image sensor is detected, adjusting the exposure value of the second image sensor to the exposure value of the first image sensor and displaying the second image data on the display unit. According to the present invention, a photographed image can be improved, and an image can be stably output even when an image sensor in a photographing apparatus malfunctions.
