Abstract: The present invention relates to a video signal decoding method for adding an intra prediction mode as a sub-macroblock type to prediction of a macroblock in coding a video signal. Some implementations may include obtaining a macroblock type, when a macroblock includes the intra prediction coded sub-macroblock and the inter prediction coded sub-macroblock based on the macroblock type, obtaining prediction mode flag information indicating whether the sub-macroblock is the intra prediction coded or the inter prediction coded, and obtaining a prediction value of the sub-macroblock. Accordingly, implementations disclosed herein may raise coding efficiency of video signal by adding an intra prediction mode as a sub-macroblock type in predicting a macroblock.

Abstract: The present invention and embodiments thereof relate to a method for transmitting a signal of a base station in a wireless communication system using a carrier merge. The method includes transmitting to a terminal a Physical Downlink Shared CHannel (PDSCH) on a downlink secondary cell and a Physical Downlink Shared CHannel (PDSCH) indicating the PDSCH on a downlink primary cell; and receiving a reception acknowledgement response on the PDSCH, which is transmitted from the terminal to an uplink primary cell. The PDSCH is transmitted when the downlink secondary cell becomes available, and the transmission timing of the reception acknowledgement response is determined by one of the PDSCH transmission timing or the PDCCH transmission timing.
Abstract: The disclosure of the present invention provides a method for a Medical Body Area Network (MBAN) to control, through a master, the channel switching of an MBAN terminal that uses a channel of a first frequency band in an MBAN system. The method includes: receiving information related to the use of each channel of a second frequency band from an MBAN controller; and transmitting information on a channel of the second frequency band that the MBAN terminal is to switch on the basis of the received information related to the use of each channel of the second frequency band. The first frequency band and the second frequency band are distinguished from each other based on whether the MBAN terminal uses a corresponding frequency band first.
Abstract: A mobile terminal and controlling method thereof are disclosed, which facilitates a terminal to be used in further consideration of user's convenience. The present invention includes receiving a call signal for requesting an establishment of a second session from a second counterpart via a wireless communication unit while a first session with a first counterpart is established and transmitting user data to the second counterpart using an available radio resource of a standby session for waiting for the establishment of the second session. Accordingly, if an incoming call is received from a different counterpart in the course of a call to a prescribed counterpart, a prescribed data is sent to the different counterpart to inform that the call cannot be connected.

Abstract: Provided is a mobile terminal that has a function of changing a payment credit card at the time of near field communication (NFC) payment in a low battery state, and a method of performing the NFC payment using the mobile terminal. In the mobile terminal according to the present invention, unlike in a mobile terminal in the related art in which payment is simply performed with a default credit card, if the NFC payment is requested in the low battery state where the mobile terminal is powered off, a payment application based on a light operating system, which is executed on an embedded Linux, is displayed, and the NFC payment with a credit card selected from the payment application based on the corresponding light operating system is performed. Therefore, a credit card payment can be effectively performed in a low battery state as well.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method whereby a terminal sends and receives signals between itself and a serving cell in a wireless communication system. More specifically, the invention comprises the steps of: receiving information relating to a default bandwidth and an allocation bandwidth from the serving cell; and, if the terminal is positioned at a cell edge, either sending an uplink signal to the serving cell or receiving a downlink signal from the serving cell on the basis of the allocation bandwidth, and, here, the allocation bandwidth is either smaller than or the same as the default bandwidth.
Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for transmitting signals over an unlicensed band phase of a base station in a wireless communication system, which comprises the steps of: transmitting a physical down-link control channel (PDCCH) from a licensed band; and transmitting a physical down-link shared channel (PDSCH) over a time interval of the unlicensed band corresponding to the sub-frame transmitted by the PDCCH, wherein a reservation signal can be transmitted to a pre-set point from the point the unlicensed band is available to the base station, if the base station performs wave transmission sensing for the unlicensed band for transmission of the PDSCH, and the pre-set point is earlier than the point at which the unlicensed becomes available from the transmission sensing results.
