    Abstract: An anti-explosion LED lamp housing is used to separate an illumination module from an external environment and comprises a housing body and a housing cover. The housing body includes a shell having a spherical segment-like shape, an accommodation basin connected with the concave portion of the shell, and a wiring hole penetrating the housing body and the accommodation basin. The accommodation basin includes a first platform encircling the wiring hole and receiving the illumination module; a second platform encircling the first platform and having a level difference to the first platform; and an annular wall encircling the second platform. The housing cover includes a light-permeable plate disposed on the second platform; an annular pressing element forcing the light-permeable plate to press against the second platform and engaged with the annular wall tightly. The diameter of the circular base face of the shell is 4-15 times the height of the shell.

    Abstract: An explosion-proof lamp cable gland is disposed in a channel of a coupling portion of an explosion-proof lamp for a cable to pass through, and includes a first explosion-proof member disposed at one end of the channel remote from an opening of the coupling portion and a compact member disposed at another end of the channel close to the opening of the coupling portion to connect to the first explosion-proof member. The explosion-proof lamp cable gland of the invention thus formed is simpler in structure and smaller in size, and can achieve explosion-proof effect as a conventional connector that is bulkier in size. Thus not only the cost is lower, but serial connection among the explosion-proof lamps also can be accomplished easily to make application versatile.

    Abstract: A LED explosion-proof lamp coupling structure to couple at least two LED explosion-proof lamps includes at least two holding sets, at least two LED lighting elements, and at least one connection unit. Each holding set includes a body, a protruding connection portion located on an upper end of the body, a chamber located in the body, and at least one first coupling portion located at one end of the body and communicating with the chamber. Each first coupling portion includes a hole communicating with the chamber and a positioning seat located on chamber and abutting the hole. Each LED lighting element is connected to the protruding connection portion. The connection unit includes a connection tube connected to each first coupling portion and at least one first fastening set to fasten the connection tube to the positioning seat. Thus the holding sets can be coupled with each other.
