Abstract: A document project management system includes means for receiving a plurality of proposed revisions to an original portion of a document; means for displaying the original portion of the document; means for displaying with the original portion each of the plurality of proposed revisions; means for highlighting differences with the original portion in each of the plurality of proposed revisions; and means for allowing a reviewer to either select one of the proposed revisions or cut and paste text from one or more of the revisions to replace the original portion.
