Abstract: An adjustable bathroom handrail assembly is provided with a pair of elongate vertical handles with mounting hardware to mount to an upright support surface and spaced apart from the upright support surface. An adjustable horizontal bar extends between the pair of vertical handles, and a locking mechanism connects the at least one adjustable horizontal bar and one of the pair of elongate vertical handles. A locking mechanism is located at an intersection of the horizontal bar and the one of the elongate vertical handles. A method for installing and adjusting wall-mount hardware installs a pair of elongate vertical handles to an upright support surface. The ends of a horizontal bar are installed onto the pair of elongate vertical handles. A locking mechanism on the horizontal bar is disengaged to adjust the horizontal bar to a location along the pair of elongate vertical handles.

Abstract: A package assembly is provided with a plurality of pivotally connected panels to collectively at least partially enclose a product. At least one hang tab is pivotally connected to a minor panel of the plurality of pivotally connected panels, to extend through a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels to support the package assembly at retail. A method of assembling a package assembly provides the plurality of pivotally connected panels to collectively at least partially enclose and package the product. At least one hang tab is provided on a minor panel spaced from a pivotal connection of the minor panel to extend within the package. The minor panel is folded into the package. The at least one hang tab is inserted into a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels.

Abstract: A hardware packaging assembly and method are provided. A hardware component has a front appearance surface and a back mounting surface. A package backing has a forward receiving surface to receive the back mounting surface of the hardware component. A retention feature protrudes from the package backing to engage the hardware component with an interference fit. The retention feature retains the hardware component on the package backing while maintaining the front appearance surface exposed.

Abstract: A handle assembly and a method of installing the handle assembly are provided. The handle assembly has first and second mounts, and a handle with a handle portion extending between and connecting first and second end regions. The first and second end regions are received for translation along the longitudinal axis within the first and second mounts. First and second locking elements are connected to the first mount, and the handle, respectively. The handle has a first longitudinal position with the first and second locking elements engaged to retain the handle in one of a plurality of angular positions. The handle has a second longitudinal position with the first and second locking elements spaced apart from one another such that the handle and the second locking element are rotatable to change an angular position of the handle relative to the first and second mounts.

Abstract: A drawer assembly is provided with a bottom panel sized to receive and support articles. A rear upright panel is in cooperation with the bottom panel. A pair of spaced apart upright side panels is in cooperation with the bottom panel. A front upright panel is spaced apart from the rear upright panel, and in cooperation with the bottom panel. A series of connectors is provided at intersections of the pair of upright side panels with the rear upright panel and with the front upright panel and oriented in an upright direction to assemble the pair of upright side panels to the rear upright panel and the front upright panel by sliding in the upright direction.

Abstract: A packaging assembly is provided with a base that is sized to receive at least one shower door glass pane. At least one shower door glass pane is received within the base. A handle is mounted to the base. A plurality of projections extends from a bottom surface of the base to rest upon an underlying support surface and to reduce friction between the packaging assembly and the underlying support surface. The base includes a box with an opening formed in opposed surfaces of the box to expose a portion of the at least one shower door glass pane.

Abstract: A paper roll support assembly is provided with a collapsible spindle with distal ends to be received in a pair of bracket receptacles. Product packaging is sized to receive the collapsible spindle only in a collapsed state of the spindle to minimize an overall size. The collapsible spindle is provided with an outer spindle member, an open end spaced apart from the distal end, and a cavity formed therein with a first diameter. An inner spindle member is provided with a proximal end spaced apart from the distal end with an outer diameter sized to be received within the cavity for translation and rotation relative to the outer spindle. A first retainer is oriented in the cavity in cooperation with a second retainer oriented on the inner spindle member such that extension is prevented in a first rotational orientation and extension is permitted in a second rotational orientation.

A second handle extends longitudinally between third and fourth end regions, with the third end region connected to the first end region of the first handle. The first and second handles each have surfaces for grasping by a user. A position of the second grab bar is adjustable relative to the first grab bar by at least one of one of pivoting the second grab bar about the longitudinal axis of the first grab bar, pivoting the second grab bar about a horizontal axis adjacent to the first end region of the first grab bar, and sliding the second grab bar along the first grab bar. A method of installing the handle assembly is also provided.

A sleeve is in threaded engagement with the threaded shaft with a sleeve aperture formed therein. A bar is received for translation in the sleeve aperture. Rotation of the threaded shaft locks the bar in the sleeve to maintain a position of the bar within the sleeve.

An array of mounting plates is provided, each with a first fastener, and a polygonal mounting plate adhered to the rear surface by an adhesive. A plurality of second fasteners is each engaged with one of the array of first fasteners for linear adjustment relative to the pane in a direction generally perpendicular to the pane to support the planar display assembly upon an upright support surface. Each mounting plate is oriented upon the pane rear surface such that at least one vertex extends away from the corresponding first fastener in a direction toward another sequential first fastener within the array of first fasteners. A metal bracket is adapted to be mounted to the upright support surface. The bracket has at least one enclosed cleat to receive two of the second fasteners.

A plurality of apertures or a channel may be formed in the frame about the dado. The plurality of retainers may mount to the frame within the plurality of apertures or the channel of the frame to retain the planar display pane within the frame.

Abstract: A compression lock assembly for an adjustable length rod assembly with inner and outer tubes is provided. The compression lock assembly has an adapter adapted to be connected to rotate with the inner tube. An elastomeric ring with an inner opening and outer diameter is concentric and disposed coaxially with the adapter. A threaded fastener extends through the elastomeric ring and is fixed to the adapter. A lock nut is disposed about the threaded fastener and fixed to rotate with the elastomeric ring. The locking nut moves along the threaded fastener to compress the elastomeric ring and expand the outer diameter from a first diameter to a second diameter greater than the first diameter as the elastomeric ring is rotated relative to the adapter.
