The first panel section includes a top panel portion and a base panel portion located opposite the top panel portion. The second panel section includes a top panel portion and a base panel portion located opposite the top panel portion. A bottom surface of the base panel portion of the first panel section faces a top surface of the top panel portion of the second panel section. A polyurethane reactive (PUR) adhesive is located between the bottom surface of the base panel portion of the first panel section and the top surface of the top panel portion of the second panel section which holds the bottom surface of the base panel portion of the first panel section and the top surface of the top panel portion of the second panel section together.
