Abstract: An electronic monitoring system includes an electronic monitoring device that is worn on a part of the body of a person to be monitored, to acquire location information and state information; an at-home monitoring device that receives the location information and the state information provided from the electronic monitoring device and determines whether the electronic monitoring device is at home, on the basis of the location information; and a control center that receives the location information and the state information from at least one of the electronic monitoring device or the at-home monitoring device to manage the person to be monitored.

Abstract: The present invention provides a seminal plasma complex quality control serum, which is freeze-dried powders prepared by mixing a quality control serum preservation solution and a seminal plasma stock solution; wherein the quality control serum preservation solution is an aqueous solution containing 0.47% to 0.67% saccharides, 0.07% to 0.17% salts and 0.63% to 0.83% enzyme stabilizers; the seminal plasma stock solution is the seminal plasma obtained after the direct centrifugation of completely liquefied fresh human semen; and a mixing ratio by volume of the quality control serum preservation solution to the seminal plasma stock solution is 1:100 to 100:1. According to the present invention, a specific quality control serum preservation solution is used, then mixed with the seminal plasma at a suitable ratio by volume and finally subjected to freeze-drying treatment.

Abstract: Systems, methods and devices for the communication of emergency information are disclosed. A subscriber to an emergency information data base places an emergency call. The communication device used by the subscriber sends an identifying message in a variety of formats, allowing an emergency response system to access the emergency information data base through a variety of means to obtain, for example, the medical history of the subscriber. Alternatively, the communications device has direct access to the data base. The communication device has a variety of features to enhance the communication of emergency information.

Abstract: A composition and method for its use in treatment of an immune disorder in a mammal. The composition includes, in relative amounts, between 50 and 3000 mg of a purified compound selected from oxidized and unoxidized gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine, gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine, N-acetyl-L-cysteine-glycine, and any other pharmaceutically active compound which directly enhances the level of gamma-L-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine in a mammal, and any salt or ester of said compound, between 50 and 3000 mg purified L-glutamine, between 50 and 10,000 mg purified vitamin C, between 50 and 500 mg purified vitamin E, between 10 and 100 mg purified Beta-carotene, and between 1 and 25 mg purified vitamin B.sub.6.
