Abstract: There is disclosed an anchor assembly for coupling a tether to a structure such as a rock wall (14) in a fitted condition with a fastening arrangement having a fastener. The anchor assembly includes an anchor body having a first portion located toward a first end adapted to couple with the tether and a second portion located toward a second end. The second portion is adapted to receive the fastener in the fitted condition. The anchor assembly also includes an indicator arranged to be engagable in the fitted condition between the fastening arrangement and the anchor body. The indicator includes a body portion and a deformable portion extending from the body portion, the deformable portion being adapted to be moveable relative to the body portion between an initial non-deformed condition and a deformed condition in response to loading of the fastening arrangement.
