Abstract: The present invention relates to a brassiere for disabled women not having the full use of both upper extremities, wherein the brassiere is adapted to be put on, removed, and adjusted by the wearer alone. In one form, the brassiere is front closing and includes a ring coupled to one front side and a tongue coupled to the other front side. The tongue is adapted to include spaced interlocking fasteners attached to its surface such that the tongue may be looped through the ring, folded onto itself with the fasteners aligned, and the fasteners locked together around the ring by a wearer having the decreased use of one or both arms.
