Abstract: A Closing apparatus (1) for closing packaging elements, in particular cardboard boxes, comprises conveying device (2) for conveying the packaging elements, a folding device (4) for folding down at least one section of the packaging element concerned, a first closing device (6) for closing at least one section of the packaging element concerned, arranged on a first longitudinal side of the conveying device (2), wherein the closing apparatus further comprises a second closing device (8) for closing at least a section of the packaging elements concerned that is mounted on a second longitudinal side of the conveying device (2) opposite the first longitudinal side of the conveying device (2).

Abstract: The invention discloses a case clamp (20) for clamping of carcass parts into furniture carcasses, such as tall cupboards, top or bottom cupboards, having a base frame (1), at least one pair of compression beams (6, 7) provided on the base frame (1), whereby at least one compression beam is traversable along the base frame in relation to the other compression beam, and at least one feed device (5) for transporting in carcass parts to be clamped and/or for transporting out clamped carcasses. The case clamp according to the invention is characterized in that the case clamp (20) also has an ultrasonic welding device (15, 16, 17).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for returning machined workpieces from the delivery side of a first machining unit to the feeding side of the first or of another machining unit. The inventive device comprises the following: a transfer device (1) for transferring the machined workpieces to the delivery side of the first machining unit; a lifting device for lifting the workpieces, which are delivered by the transfer unit, into a return position located above the transfer unit, and; a return device (2) for conveying the workpieces, which are delivered by the lifting device, back to the feeding side of the first or the other machining unit. The transfer device (1) comprises a transfer table with interspaced first supporting elements (4) for the workpieces. The lifting device comprises at least one lifting table (3, 3?, 3?) that, in turn, has interspaced second support elements (5), which can be upwardly guid through between the first support elements (4) of the transfer table.

Abstract: To simplify and speed up folding of plate-like elements (1) along a fold line (2), more particularly in a continuous operation, a method and a an apparatus for folding plate-like elements (1) are proposed which eliminate the use of counter-impression elements in the region of the fold line (2). The apparatus includes a second impression device (6) that folds a second section (4) of the plate-like element (1) about the fold line (2) by a first force component oriented perpendicular to the plane of the second section (4). At the same time the second impression device (6) produces a second force component oriented in the plane of the second section (4) and acting in the direction of the fold line (2) to urge a first section (3) of the plate-like element (1) against a first impression device (5).

Abstract: The invention relates to a mechanism for returning processed work pieces (7) from the output side to the loading side of a processing unit, which mechanism has a transfer mechanism (1) to transfer the work pieces (7) at the output side of the processing unit, a return mechanism (2) for transporting work pieces (7) delivered by the transfer mechanism (1) back to the loading side of the processing unit or to a further processing unit, and a lifting mechanism to lift the work pieces (7) to a return position located above the output position, whereby the lifting mechanism is located between the transfer mechanism (1) and the return mechanism (2) and has a lifting platform (3), with the lifting mechanism having a crank drive (4), by means of which the lifting platform (3) can be raised and lowered.
