Abstract: The instant disclosure provides compositions and methods useful for treating and/or preventing food allergy in a subject in need thereof. The compositions comprise allergenic proteins, wherein at least a portion of the allergenic proteins are natively folded and a portion are partially unfolded. The partially unfolded allergenic proteins comprises one or more T-cell epitopes and are substantially free of IgE epitopes and/or B-cell epitopes. Food compositions comprising a mix of naturally folded and T-cell epitope containing proteins can optimally balance reduced immunogenicity with adequate antigenic properties. Furthermore, by preserving the food in as natural form as possible, they induce an overall tolerance training effect.

Abstract: A target acquisition device that can determine a ballistics solution based on parabola characteristics. The parabola characteristics can be modeled in UI coordinates on the y-axis (e.g., pixels, mm, . . . ) and physical coordinates (e.g., feet, yards, meters, . . . ) on the x-axis. Zeroing data can be leveraged that establishes high quality reference points for two or more zeroed distances such that high quality ballistics solutions can be determined for other suitable (e.g., non-zeroed) distances as a function of parabola modeling techniques.

Abstract: A nutritional or dietary supplement or food product is provided that may be eaten by children or adults. The food product is made from cow's milk that has been heat treated to selectively denature allergenic proteins contained therein.

Abstract: Implementations of janitorial caddies may include a body including a lid, a base opposing the lid, and a first side coupled between the lid and the base. The implementations may also include two wheels coupled to the base, a telescoping handle coupled within the first side, a first shelf extending from a second side of the body and a second shelf extending from a third side of the body. The third side may be opposite the second side. The implementations may also include a first removable caddy coupled over the first shelf and a second removable caddy coupled over the second shelf. The body may be configured to be stood on by a person when the lid is in a closed configuration.

Abstract: A milk food product is provided that when mixed with baby food and given regularly to a baby will reduce the likelihood of the baby developing a food allergy. The milk food product is produced by taking milk and mixing or whipping the milk with other ingredients such as rice, tapioca, wheat, corn, nut flours, soy flour, or bean flour. The resulting batter is then baked in order to produce a cake-like product. The resulting cake is then dried in order to remove substantially all moisture. The dried cake is then ground or milled into a powder.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a new material used to form semi-rigid shapes. The new material comprises a specific blend of materials and a method of making the blend pertaining to temperatures and conditions. Items made of or comprising the new material in accordance with the invention will exhibit both suitable rigidity and durability along with long-lasting flavor to be used in the construction of a number of items, including teething devices, drinking cups, drinking straws and other utensils. The material itself and the inventive devices may be used to flavor other foods. For example, a teething device made from the flavor infused material encourages the child to use the device for longer periods, thereby providing better relief than prior art teethers. Flavored straws may be employed to add, or provided to blend, the flavor of the straw with the flavor of the liquid pulled through the straw. The flavor character is expected to last a minimum of 6 months and typically at least to 2 years or more.

Abstract: A food tray is described that may be used to more easily remove food product from the tray. The device allows for emptying of the tray with the use of a removable ramp or spout that easily cleaned and coupled to the tray.

Abstract: The invention uses a strap to provide a way to associate a first item with a second item. The first item may be, for example, a high chair and the second a toy. The strap is provided with two sets of openings one near each end of the strap, and a tab, post, “T” or other shape near each end of the strap. The shape is inserted through one of the openings and is secured there by its shape, the shape of the opening, and the material with which that portion of the strap is made. The strap is made of nontoxic material and at least in part of material that is flexible and resilient, having a durometer reading of between about 40 and 60 Shore A. The strap may be equipped with at least one breakaway point, usually set for a breakaway pressure between about 3 and 7 pounds.

Abstract: A plate holder that attaches a dish to a structure using a suction device. The plate holder includes a three sided “C-shaped structure” that can be made of various hard materials and is composed of a top arm, a side arm, and a bottom arm. On the outer-end or the top arm is a notch or hole through which attaches a suction device facing upward that holds a dish so that it is not spilled by a child, handicapped person, wind, or movement of the structure. A circular protective skirt on the top arm sits just below the suction device and serves to balance the plate on the table. On the bottom arm is a hole through which runs a plastic screw with a handle on the outside used to secure and tighten the plate holder to the table. It can be adjusted for different structures by screwing or unscrewing.

Abstract: A system and method for delivering multiple bursts of stinky air using a scent dispensing system is disclosed. A scent dispensing system comprising a scent chamber, liquid scent, a trigger switch, a positive pressured air source, a first one-way valve, and a second one-way valve. The operation of the system begins with loading the liquid scent into the scent chamber and sealing it, then activating the trigger switch causing the positive pressured air source to direct incoming air to the first one-way valve, the first one-way valve opens upon the incoming air reaching a desired positive pressure flowing incoming air through the first one-way valve into the scent chamber, the scent chamber combines the incoming air with the liquid scent thereby producing stinky air, the second one-way valve opens upon the pressure in the scent chamber reaching a desired positive pressure, thereby flowing the pressurized stinky air through the second one-way valve and out of the system, away from the vehicle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and composition for treating sunburned skin. The present invention provides a method and composition for applying a mixture of indomethacin and moisturizing lotion topically to sunburned skin. The composition includes a mixture having substantially 100 milligrams of indomethacin per 30 cc of moisturizing lotion. The moisturizing lotion is marketed under the trade name Cetaphil® and includes the following ingredients: purified water, glycerin, hydrogenated polyisobutene, cetearyl alcohol (and) ceteareth-20, macadamia nut oil, dimethicone, tocopheryl acetate, stearoxytrimethylsilane (and) stearyl alcohol, panthenol, farnesol, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, acrylates/C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, sodium hydroxide, and citric acid. It is theorized that the Cetaphil® provides certain pH and viscosity levels which allow for the stabilization and solubilation of the indomethacin within the Cetaphil®.

Abstract: A display package comprising a single sheet template adapted to receive printing on one side thereof is disclosed. The package comprises a container front panel, top panel, bottom panel, rear panel and two side panels, in combination with a display flap. Selected walls or “panels” may be extended to provide structures or reinforcement adapted to serve as load bearing hangers or other attachment means so that the product package may be displayed to consumers. Through the use of adhesives or other fastening means, the single piece construction may be made more rigid or durable at selected locations to promote resistance to disfiguration when manipulated by consumers at the point of display and prior to purchase, and to minimize undetected violation of product security. The package may be displayed in a variety of positions due to the use of printing in a variety of directions and selected placement of hangers.
