  • Patent number: 10806666
Abstract: A needle-free connection device include a casing, a connection base, a slide element and a resilient valve. The casing includes a first hollow tube having a first liquid transmission channel. The connection base is connected to the casing. The resilient valve includes a second hollow tube and a plug connected thereto, wherein the second hollow tube has a second liquid transmission channel, a third liquid transmission channel is formed between the second hollow tube and the plug, and a fourth liquid transmission channel is formed between the connection base and the plug. The first to the fourth liquid transmission channel are intercommunicated with each other. The connection base includes a third hollow tube, and a fourth liquid transmission channel is formed between the plug and the third hollow tube. The needle-free connection device provides a liquid transmission path sequentially passing through the first to the fourth liquid transmission channel.

  • Patent number: 10258721
Abstract: A pressure controller for a phlegm sucking device includes a seat body, a press element and a control valve. The seat body has a containing space, a gas inlet tube and a gas outlet tube interconnected with each other. The control valve is disposed in the containing space. An upper end and a bottom end of the control valve abut the press element and an upper portion and a bottom of the seat body respectively for blocking or allowing communication between the gas inlet tube and the gas outlet tube. The control valve includes a plastic restoring element. When the plastic restoring element is deformed to have a decreased height, the plastic restoring element allows the control valve to move and provide a resilience. The control valve blocks the communication between the gas inlet tube and the gas outlet tube when the plastic restoring element is not deformed.

  • Patent number: 9855412
Abstract: A needleless connector module comprises: a sleeve tube, an elastic valve, a flow guiding unit and an extension unit. The elastic valve sleeves a guiding tube of the flow guiding unit. A hollow shoulder portion of the elastic valve abuts a slanted retaining wall of the sleeve tube. Under a first usage condition, the hollow head portion of the elastic valve encloses the guiding tube narrow portion, hiding the first guiding opening in the airtight seam. Under a second usage condition, an injection tube presses the top face of the elastic valve, a hollow head portion of the elastic valve presses downward, driving the valve inner wall to abut a waist platform formed on the guiding tube, such that the first guiding opening is exposed outside the airtight seam, and such that the first guiding opening is connected to an injection opening of the injection tube.

  • Publication number: 20140121607
Abstract: A switchable device for closed suction catheters includes a device body and a two-way switch valve. The device body is formed with a valve sleeve, a patient tubing adaptor, a side port, and a catheter adaptor. The valve sleeve is formed with a cavity therein to allow the two-way switch valve to correspondingly rotate with respect to the device body. The catheter adaptor and the patient tubing adaptor are formed on opposing ends of the valve sleeve, thereby able to establish an unobstructed path therebetween. The side port is slantingly formed and extended from the patient tubing adaptor for smooth passage of flow therebetween. A groove is formed on one end of the patient tubing adaptor as a 360-degree freely rotatable coupling element thereof.

  • Publication number: 20120289893
Abstract: A suction catheter assembly is disclosed, which includes a manifold member, an engaging structure, a suction catheter, and a controller. The controller includes a housing, an elastic member, a hollow valve body, an actuating piston, and a cap. The housing has an inlet portion and an outlet portion. The housing has a sealed portion formed on one end thereof. The actuating piston projects through the hollow valve body and abuts to the cap and the elastic member on opposite ends. When the hollow valve body is at closed position, fluid flow is cut off between the inlet and outlet portions. When the hollow valve body is at open position, the fluid flow is allowed. The suction catheter assembly has better air tightness.
