Abstract: A glenoid support for shoulder prostheses, able to be applied to the glenoid cavity of a shoulder blade. The glenoid support includes at least an attachment plate, an anchoring pin, and a glenoid articulation element. The attachment plate and the anchoring pin are made in distinct parts and able to be selectively separated from each other.
Abstract: Integrated prosthetic element usable for bone implant operations or as a bone filler or replacement, comprising at least a metal support and an insert made of plastic material coupled with at least a first surface of said metal support so as to define a wear surface, or insert, of adjustable thickness. The metal support comprises, on the side opposite said first surface, a second surface intended to be coupled with the bone part on which the prosthesis or bone replacement is installed. The first surface comprises a layer having cavities or holes distributed in a substantially uniform manner and suitable for anchorage and solidarization of the plastic material that makes up the insert, while said second surface comprises a porous layer suitable to optimize the bone anchorage. The first surface and the second surface are separated by a compact layer that stops the plastic material in the step of forming the plastic insert.
Abstract: Prosthetic element including a metal cap having inside an acetabular seating and method to make it. At least part of the cap is a lattice having open and intercommunicating cavities. At least part of the lattice is formed, without a continuity break, by geometric meshes of polygonal shape repeated in space over all or part of the body, having a cellular geometry with elementary cells open and contiguous, to define a plurality of polygons with spatial development delimiting the cavities. Each geometric mesh has a first polygonal part with four sides, each of the sides being an angled segment, and a second part being an angled segment and a third part being an angled segment. Each angled segment has first and second consecutive rectilinear segments forming an angle at an intersection of each pair of its first and the second consecutive segments. The first polygonal part has non co-planar vertexes.

Abstract: An insert for an acetabular cup includes an insertion body having an external surface shaped to be able to be coupled with a mating seating of the acetabular cup. The insert includes at least a friction element positioned on the external surface to determine a predefined friction with the surface of the seating, so that, during use, the friction element prevents the relative rotation of the insertion body and the acetabular cup.
