Abstract: The invention relates to a recliner device for supporting a lying person, the recliner device having a foot and arranged thereon (i) a first movably mounted thigh support for supporting the first thigh of the person, (ii) a movably mounted second thigh support for supporting the second thigh of the person, the second thigh support being independent of the first thigh support and being combinable with the first thigh support to form a complete support, and (iii) a movably mounted back and head support that is independent of the first and second thigh supports.
