Abstract: A processor includes a plurality of cores to which individual destination notification dedicated lines are coupled. A destination core selection circuit receives a plurality of packets having some of the cores as destinations, respectively, for arbitration, and selects one first core from among the cores serving as the destinations of the plurality of packets. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computer-implemented method for encoding or decoding video. The method includes encoding or decoding, in a plurality of picture parameter sets (PPS) associated with pictures of a coded layer video sequence (CLVS), corresponding first PPS flags indicating whether pictures are allowed to be partitioned into a plurality of tiles or slices. In a first PPS, a corresponding first PPS flag with a first value indicates a first picture of the CLVS is unpartitioned, and in a second PPS, another corresponding first PPS flag with a second value being different from the first value indicates that a second picture of the CLVS is allowed to be partitioned.
Abstract: The invention provides a two-sided auxiliary structure for induction cards, which comprises: a metal shield layer; and two high-conductivity magnetic layers, which are respectively set on two opposite sides of the metal shield layer, wherein the area of the metal shield layer is greater than those of the two high-conductivity magnetic layers. The two-sided auxiliary structure for induction cards of the invention improves the problem of poor induction success rate of plural induction cards.

The yawing device includes: a yawing bracket hinged with the top of the upper limb fixing seat and a regulating piece with an inner end movable relative to the bottom of the yawing bracket.
