  • Patent number: 10343883
Abstract: A lifting device of an industrial truck includes a load handling arrangement that is raised and lowered on a lifting frame and a hydraulic lift cylinder device that is actuated by an electrically actuatable control valve device, in which an electronic control device is provided to actuate the control valve device. The electronic control device has an automated set-down mode actuated during a lowering of the load handling arrangement. The load is lowered at a lowering speed specified by a deflection of a control element to the designated surface. As the control element continues to be deflected into the lowering position, the lowering of the load handling arrangement is terminated by the electronic control device by actuating the control valve device into a shut-off position to prevent the load handling arrangement from being set down on the designated surface.

  • Patent number: 9944506
Abstract: A forklift truck with a forward-tilting cab and a method for reducing the container-loading height of the forklift truck, include a cab and a frame, the cab being connected to the frame so as to be able to tilt forward; and also including a locating mechanism, which is removably provided between the cab and frame when the cab is tilted forward to reduce the cab height, so as to locate the cab when the cab is tilted forward to a preset angle. When loading into a container, the cab of the forklift truck is tilted forward to a preset angle, so that the overall height of the forklift truck is reduced to a height suitable for loading in a container, and the locating mechanism is used to locate the cab, so that the cab is kept in a state in which it is tilted forward to a preset angle.

  • Patent number: 8530042
Abstract: This invention relates to a component surface (side section 1a), in particular a vehicle surface, with a three-dimensional surface texture. This invention further relates to a method for the creation of a component surface (side section 1a), in particular a vehicle surface, with a three-dimensional surface texture. To keep the effort and expense required for the achievement of a three-dimensional surface texture low, the invention teaches that a film is glued to the component surface (side section 1a), which film has been provided prior to the gluing with a plurality of coats of paint, each using the screen printing process, which in their totality form a three-dimensional surface texture.

  • Publication number: 20130213030
Abstract: A hydrostatic drive system includes a user in the form of a differential cylinder connected in a closed circuit to a high-pressure pump. A piston-side compression chamber and a piston-rod-side compression chamber of the differential cylinder are in communication with the high-pressure pump. The closed circuit includes a protection device having first and second protection valve devices that each includes a pressure relief valve and an anti-cavitation valve. The pressure relief valve of the first protection valve device is provided with an override device, by means of which the opening pressure of the pressure relief valve can be varied. When the high-pressure pump delivers into the piston-rod-side compression chamber, the pressure relief valve of the first protection valve device is adjusted by means of the override device to a reduced opening pressure and the differential volumetric flow flows out via the pressure relief valve to a low-pressure system.
