Abstract: Communication of parent physiological data to an infant may include a first interface device which includes a sensor to record physiological data associated with a heartbeat of a parent, a processor to receive the physiological data from the sensor, and a transceiver; a server which receives the physiological data from the transceiver, accesses an instance of the physiological data from a replay storage location during a loss of communication, assigns a unique identifier, processes the physiological data, modifies the physiological data to be within an allowable threshold or accesses physiological data within the allowable threshold when the physiological data is outside an allowable threshold, filters the physiological data to apply an effect, and transmits the physiological data based on the unique identifier; and a second interface device which includes a transceiver to receive the physiological data and a communication element to communicate the physiological data to the infant.
Abstract: A universal precast base system formed from a plurality of interlocking frames, each frame includes at least two channel elements and at least one side element. A channel extends along the channel elements and is open on each end. The external surface of the side element includes an interlocking edge for mating adjacent frames together. Channels of adjacent frames connect to form a continuous channel for receiving vertical wall panels therein.

Abstract: A device providing an insulating support for an electrical conductor includes a body having a through bore with an upper, cylindrical portion and a lower, threaded portion. A hook extends integrally from the upper end of the body over the upper end of the cylindrical bore. A piston in the cylindrical bore has an upper end for mating engagement with the hook to define a fully enclosed passageway surrounding the conductor upon movement of the piston from an initial position, wherein the conductor may be moved laterally to a position between the hook and the upper end of the piston, to a terminal position wherein the conductor is fully surrounded by surface portions of the hook and piston. A threaded insert is engaged in the threaded portion of the body axial bore. A passageway through the insert has a one-way valve for injection of silicone gel into the cylindrical portion of the body bore to move the piston from its initial to its terminal position.
