A process for lubricating an object includes the steps of: providing a lubricating oil composition comprising an antibacterial composition, a corrosion preventive, petroleum naphtha, optionally a solvent, optionally acetone, and the balance being an oil; and applying the lubricating oil composition to a surface of the object.
