Abstract: An installation system for toolless installation of a central console in a motor vehicle is provided. The system includes a front fixing region on the central console and a front fixing region on a vehicle-side instrument panel, which engage one-into-the-other in an interference-fit manner in an intended installation position of the central console, a rear fixing region on the central console and a rear fixing region on a vehicle-side support, which with shifting of the central console in a predetermined installation direction directed toward the instrument panel, engage one-into-the-other even before reaching the intended installation position and fix the central console to the support transversely to the installation direction, wherein at least one central fixing region on the central console and at least one central fixing region on the vehicle-side support include respective toothings.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a screw connection comprising a support component, an additional component and a screw to affix the support component to the additional component. The support component comprises a tube made of plastic to accommodate the screw in a friction and positive fit, wherein the tube comprises a thermoplastic foam. The screw comprises a blunt-edged screw thread. The foam is compacted as the screw is driven into the tube. The present disclosure further relates to a corresponding screw and to a method of connecting a support component to an additional component using the screw.

Abstract: A radiating element may comprise an antenna element, a radiating element edge, and a corrugation. The antenna element may have an aperture that extends into the antenna element, and an aperture side defining an aperture area of the antenna element. The radiating element edge may surround the antenna element on the aperture side. The corrugation may be configured to separate, at least on the aperture side, the antenna element and the surrounding radiating element edge. The radiating element edge may be connected to the antenna element at a distance greater than zero from the aperture side of the antenna element.
Abstract: A method is provided for prefabricating a cable. The method involves introducing an elongate, pin-shaped abutment at the end of a cable between exposed individual wires of a litz-wire conductor of the cable, positioning a sleeve around the outer circumference of the exposed litz-wire conductor, such that the sleeve surrounds at least one partial length of the exposed litz-wire conductor and of the abutment, and compressing the sleeve so that a contact part, which is connected to the sleeve and/or the abutment, is electrically connected to the litz-wire conductor. A cable prefabricated with this method is also provided.
