    Abstract: A rotating mechanism for an LCD monitor having a monitor and a supporting structure. The rotating mechanism comprises a protruding sleeve, a supporting body, a shaft sleeve, a sleeve, a first screwing element and a second screwing element. The protruding sleeve has a fitting hole and is disposed on the back of the monitor. The supporting body has a bending element. The shaft sleeve is fitted between the protruding sleeve and the bending element of the supporting body. The sleeve is fitted in the fitting hole of the protruding sleeve. The first screwing element is threaded into one end of the shaft sleeve from the sleeve. The second screwing element is threaded into the other end of the shaft sleeve from the bending element. Thus, the tightness of the rotating mechanism of the invention can be adjusted by way of the first screwing element.

    Abstract: A double-side automatic feeding apparatus comprises a paper feeder, a paper outlet opposite to the paper feeder, a scanning region having a document traveling path bridging the paper feeder and the paper outlet, a plurality of rollers being arranged in the scanning region to convey a document to be scanned from the paper feeder to the paper outlet, and a paper flipping unit arranged in the document traveling path. The paper flipping unit can be selectively switched position thereof and used to flip the document during the document traveling path. By the invention, the document can be scanned on both sides thereof without cumbersome reverse movement. The document can be automatically aligned by the weight per se and the operations of paper placement and removal can be simplified.

By the double-side automatic feeding apparatus, a document can be selectively printed or scanned on single- or double-side thereof at user's disposal.

The main body has retainers for pivotally clamping the pointer such that the pointer can rotate both in counterclockwise and clockwise directions. The pointer has a baffle in the recess to block a light from a light emitter to a light receiver and a pendulum end to sense the presence of paper. The first spring provides a counterclockwise restoring force for the pointer and the second spring provide a clockwise restoring force for the pointer such that the photo interrupter can sense paper fed in both directions.

    Abstract: A tray for loading and ejecting a disk into and out of a disk drive includes a step wall structure that defines a positioning area for receiving the disk and a clamping arrangement used to hold the disk during loading and unloading when the disk drive is in a vertical position. The clamping arrangement is made up of a clamping device biased by an elastic member so as to apply a radial force to the disk and urge the disk against the step wall. The clamping device includes a flexible mortise slot that engages a pillar extending from the tray to latch the clamping device and thereby disable the clamping device when the disk drive is horizontally positioned.

    Abstract: An automatic video display testing and adjusting system mounted to a CRT video display of a monitor or a TV set is made up a transparent mask, a main circuit board, a computer system which is connected to the main circuit board by a cable, a plurality of adjustable detecting sensor mounting members each having a detecting sensor engaged therewith. The detecting sensors are electrically connected to the main circuit board by wires so that the detected results are able to be fed back to the computer system for analysis and comparison by way of a main computer program. The main circuit board uses interfaces to permit the computer system to communicate with and have control over a tested monitor whereby the main computer program can perform all analytic comparison with set standards and make adjustment automatically on functional discrepancies of the display of a monitor or a TV set.
