Abstract: A pseudo-antenna and system and method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the pseudo-antenna, a substrate is provided including a surface layer selected from the group consisting of tetrel-based and metal materials. The surface layer is annealed by application of a static pulse from a Tesla emitter at ambient conditions. The surface layer presents a normalized unit structure having at least one phonon representing a micro-crystal surface effect and absorption band. Further, the surface layer presents imperfect harmonic interaction with the carrier wave.
