Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for using a feature hierarchy with multiple levels with a different number of features at different levels to segment a dataset. The mechanism may use the first level of the hierarchy to segment a dataset into multiple datasets and then generate a timeseries dataset for each segment. Those timeseries datasets may be input into an anomaly detection model to identify a number of anomalies detected within those segments. Based on the number of anomalies not reaching a threshold, a second level of the hierarchy may be used to segment the dataset. Those segments may be input into the anomaly detection model to determine a number of anomalies for the second level. This process may continue until a level of the hierarchy is determined such that the number of anomalies reaches the threshold. The mechanism may then generate a security rule to deal with the anomalies.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to video coding/decoding and particularly for enhancing block adaptive weighted prediction. One method includes receiving a coded video bitstream comprising a current block of a current frame and a first syntax element indicating a prediction mode for the current block, a plurality of scaling factor look-up tables being stored and comprising different ranges of scaling factors, wherein step sizes of the scaling factors or precisions of the scaling factors for each look-up table in the plurality of scaling factor look-up tables are same; determining the prediction mode based on a value of the first syntax element, wherein the prediction mode is used for predicting the current block based on a reference block of a reference frame; determining a scaling factor from one of the plurality of scaling factor look-up tables; and reconstructing the current block based on the reference block and the determined scaling factor.

Abstract: An agricultural vehicle including a control system to control slip of a tractive element. The control system includes processing circuitry configured to obtain an indication of a priority operating parameter from a plurality of operating parameters of the agricultural vehicle. The control system is configured to perform an adjustment to at least one non-priority operating parameter from the plurality of operating parameters of the agricultural vehicle when a first slip value of the tractive element exceeds a threshold. The control system configured to operate the agricultural vehicle according to the adjustment to the at least one non-priority operating parameter. The control system configured to perform an adjustment to the priority operating parameter upon a second slip value of the tractive element exceeding the threshold. The control system configured to operate the agricultural vehicle according to the adjustment to the priority operating parameter.

Abstract: The present invention relates to stable liquid composition suitable for parenteral administration in the form of a solution comprising: (a) netupitant at a concentration of about 0.5 mg/mL to about 20 mg/ml; (b) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable stabilizer at a concentration of 1 mg/mL to 22 mg/mL selected from the group consisting of tromethamine, phosphoric acid, aspartic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, maleic acid, ascorbic acid and mixtures thereof; and (c) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle, wherein the composition is in the form of a solution and has a pH of 2 to 6. The compositions are suitable for subcutaneous, intravenous, or intramuscular administration. The invention further relates to methods for manufacturing the compositions and methods of using such compositions for prevention, treatment or management of nausea and vomiting.

Abstract: An accessory system for a pontoon boat includes a support comprising longitudinal members and at least one support crosspiece connected between the longitudinal members, where the support can be attached to a structural component of a pontoon boat and move between a stowed position and a deployed position. An accessory component includes one or more hangers with a hook constructed to engage the support. A support portion is connected to the accessory component and extends transversely away from the one or more hangers. In use, the support can be deployed along a side of a pontoon with the accessory component removably attached to the support. The accessory component can be used to support a platform, a grill, a cooler or other accessory alongside the pontoon boat.

Abstract: The nonvolatile memory includes a plurality of nonvolatile memory cells configured to store multiple data states; a word line connected to a control gate of at least one of the plurality of non-volatile memory cells; a control gate line to supply a control gate signal; a word line switch connected between the word line and the control gate line to control the potential applied to the word line from the control gate line; and a memory controller circuit. Abstract: Methods and apparatus for introducing a steady state concentration of a psychotropic drug are provided. The apparatus comprises a computer assisted diffusion pump that allows for the maintenance of a desired concentration of the drug for an extended period of time. The apparatus also provides a modified needle for intramuscular administration of the drug. The method allows for treatment of a variety of indications including stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia as well as addictive disorders including alcohol, cigarette addiction and drug addiction.

Abstract: A detection system for a vehicle includes at least one time-of-flight sensor configured to capture positional information about a contour of a towable device outside the vehicle. The detection system further includes control circuitry in communication with the at least one time-of-flight sensor. The control circuitry is configured to calculate a tilt of the contour based on the positional information about the contour. The control circuitry is further configured to compare the tilt to a threshold angle for the contour. The control circuitry is further configured to determine at least one stability condition of the towable device based on the comparison of the tilt to the threshold angle. The control circuitry is further configured to generate an output in response to determining the at least one stability condition.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to the use the growth factors such as e.g., cytokines IL-2 and IL-12 for T-cell activation whereby the growth factor(s) is/are expressed by cells comprising synthetic chromosomes. The growth factor(s) is/are desirably under controllable expression from a synthetic chromosome. By approaches described herein, one can control an immune response to treat or inhibit a disease such as a cancer. The control may be provided by inducing expression of the growth factor(s), wherein expression level(s) can be fine-tuned. If more than one growth factor is expressed, the levels can be individually controlled so that the desired concentrations of each growth factor are obtained.

Abstract: A system for improved cable management is disclosed in several example embodiments. The disclosed embodiments describe example structures for supporting cables, for example telecommunications and fiber optic cables, within a cable storage cabinet. The disclosed embodiments also describe a door for a cable storage cabinet. The example door includes a hinge control and handle system which allows the door to be opened along either side to therefore allow the door to be opened either way from a single handle. The disclosed embodiments also describes an indicator system which informs a user when the door for the cable storage cabinet is in either a closed position or an open position. Each of these embodiments improves the utility and safety of cable management, particularly within cable storage cabinets.

Abstract: This document describes methods and systems for an antenna system integrated with side-keys of an electronic device. The antenna system enables antenna integration in a metal frame using a metal support structure and fastener(s) to route antenna signals around side-key modules embedded in the frame without encountering or causing interference with the side-key modules. By using these techniques to integrate antennas on areas around the side-key modules, more antennas can be implemented on the electronic device, leading to improved capabilities supporting additional wireless standards and a better user experience in terms of improved communication quality.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are innovations for bitstreams having clean random access (CRA) pictures and/or other types of random access point (RAP) pictures. New type definitions and strategic constraints on types of RAP pictures can simplify mapping of units of elementary video stream data to a container format. Such innovations can help improve the ability for video coding systems to more flexibly perform adaptive video delivery, production editing, commercial insertion, and the like.

Abstract: A snap and a method for making a snap using on articles of clothing where an ornamental crystal or gem stone occupies a visible portion of the snap. To construct the snap, a housing is provided that is adapted to receive a shaped ornamental substrate only after thermally expanding the substrate, and the snap can then be used on articles of clothing to enhance the appearance of the clothing.

Abstract: The present disclosure includes systems, devices, and methods for identifying, detecting, and/or tracking rail features. In some aspects, a system includes a camera and a computer having at least one memory, at least one processor configured to receive a plurality of images from the camera, and for each of the images: assigning a location identifier and identifying one or more rail features that correspond to one of a plurality of predetermined rail features. In some systems, the at least one processor is configured to determine a location of each of the one or more identified rail features.
