The resettable respiratory inhaler training device includes a device housing having an unlocked position and a locked position, the housing comprising a chamber; a cartridge for placement into the chamber, the cartridge comprising a body for insertion into the chamber and a base, said cartridge including a status indicator window to indicate a new or used cartridge, an aperture in the base and a shutter to selectively open or close the aperture; and a reset cap comprising a protrusion for interfacing with the aperture during reset of the device; wherein operation of the device changes the status indicator window from used to new to reset the cartridge for a subsequent use.

    Abstract: A prosthetic heart valve (e.g., a prosthetic aortic valve) is designed to be somewhat circumferentially collapsible and then re-expandable. The collapsed condition may be used for less invasive delivery of the valve into a patient. When the valve reaches the implant site in the patient, it re-expands to normal operating size, and also to engage surrounding tissue of the patient. The valve includes a stent portion and a ring portion that is substantially concentric with the stent portion but downstream from the stent portion in the direction of blood flow through the implanted valve. When the valve is implanted, the stent portion engages the patient's tissue at or near the native valve annulus, while the ring portion engages tissue downstream from the native valve site (e.g., the aorta).

    Abstract: A natural language understanding (NLU) system generates in-place annotations for natural language utterances or other types of time-based media based on stand-off annotations. The in-place annotations are associated with particular sub-sequences of an annotation, which provides richer information than stand-off annotations, which are associated only with an utterance as a whole. To generate the in-place annotations for an utterance, the NLU system applies an encoder network and a decoder network to obtain attention weights for the various tokens within the utterance. The NLU system disqualifies tokens of the utterance based on their corresponding attention weights, and selects highest-scoring contiguous sequences of tokens between the disqualified tokens. In-place annotations are associated with the selected sequences.
