Abstract: A load control device is able to receive radio-frequency (RF) signals from a Wi-Fi-enabled device, such as a smart phone, via a wireless local area network. The load control device comprises a controllably conductive device adapted to be coupled in series between an AC power source and an electrical load, a controller for rendering the controllably conductive device conductive and non-conductive, and a Wi-Fi module operable to receive the RF signals from the wireless network. The controller controls the controllably conductive device to adjust the power delivered to the load in response to the wireless signals received from the wireless network. The load control device may further comprise an optical module operable to receive an optical signal, such that the controller may obtain an IP address from the received optical signal and control the power delivered to the load in response to a wireless signal that includes the IP address.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive from a base station one or more messages indicating a first downlink transmission power of reference signals. The wireless device may also measure a first reference signal received power value of the received reference signals in a measurement window. The wireless device also receives a command indicating a time period during which transmission of the reference signals are stopped. The wireless device may further transmit to the base station, after the time period during which transmission of the reference signals are stopped, uplink signals. The uplink transmission power of the uplink signals being determined by the wireless device based on received power of the first reference signal, and the first downlink transmission power.

Abstract: Clock monitors for circuits having a plurality of oscillators. The clock monitors produce an error indication when one oscillator is determined to be outside of a desired operating range or beyond a defined threshold with respect to a second oscillator. The clock monitors include a synchronizer configured to receive a clock signal from a first oscillator of the plurality of oscillators and synchronize the received clock signal with a second oscillator and to produce a synchronized clock signal. The clock monitors can include a counter configured to produce a count value based on synchronized clock signal. The clock monitors include comparison circuitry configured to receive the count value and produce an error indication when the count value is outside a predetermined range. The clock monitors may be used to ensure correct clock operation for different transition scenarios, e.g., turning on or off a certain clock or power domain.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for cyclical enrichment, especially of rare earth elements and isotopes. A tube, or ampule, optionally with one crucible, or with two coaxially opposite crucibles in fluid communication, is used to hold a source material in vacuum and irradiate the source material to enrich it with product material. Following the irradiation of the source substance (e.g., Yb, enriched with 176Yb) to yield the product substance (e.g., 177Lu), the mixture may be sublimated to remove most of the source substance and concentrate the product material, e.g., by heating the lower part and cooling the upper part of the tube, to condense sublimated source material at the top of the tube. Consecutively, the concentrated product substance may be purified, while the solidified source structure may be reused in irradiation/sublimation cycles to further enrich and concentrate the product material.
