The fan out package includes a redistribution layer coupled to the first surface of each of the plurality of semiconductor dies, a dieback conductive member coupled to the second surface of each of the plurality of semiconductors dies, and an encapsulation material coupled to the plurality of semiconductor dies and the dieback conductive member.

Abstract: Examples are disclosed that relate to securing a display screen of a display device to a body of the display device. One example provides a display device including a body, a display screen, and a connecting structure comprising a tab component having one or more tabs, the tab component being coupled to one of the display screen and the body, a hook component including one or more hooks complementary to the one or more tabs, the hook component coupled to the other of the display screen and the body, the tab component and the hook component being moveable relative to one another to selectively engage the one or more tabs with the one or more hooks, and an actuation mechanism accessible from an exterior side of the body, the actuation mechanism being actuatable to engage the tab component and the hook component.

Abstract: Discharge heads with bent supporting legs for vertical pumps are described. A discharge head, according to examples, with bent supporting legs for vertical pump systems allows substantially reduced footprint (i.e., bottom plate size) and weight of discharge head without compromising torsional rigidity and structural integrity. The bent supporting legs coupling the mounting interface and the bottom plate and further connected through orthogonal stabilizers create a monocoque type frame. The reduction in the size of the bottom plate and (and thereby, the weight) allows utilization of valuable space in rig applications for other systems while preserving structural resonance, torsional rigidity performances.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for lighting a vehicle. A system includes a plurality of lights disposed on a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) vehicle configured to turn on and off, change color, and/or change intensity. The system further includes a controller configured to determine a lighting scheme for the plurality of lights, the lighting scheme including a setting for the plurality of lights, the setting including one or more of turning the plurality of lights on or off, setting a color of the plurality of lights, and setting an intensity of the plurality of lights, determine a location in or associated with the VTOL vehicle, wherein the lighting scheme is configured to guide a person to the location, and transmit a signal to the one or more lights to execute the lighting scheme to guide the person to the determined location.

Abstract: A method of resizing a block storage volume for a virtual machine includes executing the virtual machine and attaching a virtual storage device to the virtual machine. The virtual storage device exposes the block storage volume on memory hardware to the virtual machine. The block storage volume includes a first storage capacity. The method also includes mounting the block storage volume to the virtual machine and resizing the block storage volume while the virtual machine continues to execute. The block storage volume is resized without attaching an additional virtual storage device to the virtual machine or mounting an additional block storage volume to the virtual machine.

Abstract: A communication system, includes a trailer bridge disposed on a cargo trailer, the trailer bridge comprising a power line transceiver for communicating with a tractor module when the trailer and a tractor having the tractor module are electrically connected; and a locator module for communicating with the trailer bridge, the locator module comprising a mobile or cellular transceiver for communicating with a mobile or cellular communications network external to the trailer. The locator module is to communicate making of the electrical connection between the trailer and tractor to a remote datacenter of an owner/operator of the trailer in response to a signal from the trailer bridge indicating that the electrical connection has been made.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to rotors for pressure screens with cylinders for screening solid contaminants from a solid slurry. The rotor includes a cylindrical hub, a plurality of foils spaced radially outward from the hub, and a plurality of struts coupling the plurality of foils to the hub. The struts include a forward edge having a forward-swept shape that creates streamlines that move contaminants and fibers from the general local flow field and those dislodged from the inner surface of the pressure screen cylinder radially inboard towards the hub. The streamlines produced by the forward-swept struts can reduce or prevent deposition of solid contaminants on the forward edge of the strut and on the leading edge of the foil. The struts can also include a release region proximate the inboard end of the strut.

Abstract: In one implementation, a receiver has a module to calculate the cross-correlation between a portion of a digital representation of a received signal and a reference signal. The receiver also has a module to generate an estimate of a portion of a message potentially included in the digital representation of the received signal and a screening module to determine the likelihood that the received signal includes a message. For a received signal that is determined likely to include a message, the receiver includes a carrier refinement module to shift the frequency of carrier pulses in the digital representation of the received signal toward a desired frequency and to align the phase of carrier pulses in the digital representation of the received signal with a desired phase and a coherent matched filter to recover the message from the digital representation of the received signal.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) comprising a receiver, a transmitter, and a processor are configured to simultaneously receive a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) streams from a first base station and detect data from the received plurality of streams. Further, the UE, based on detected data from the first base station, receive and detect data from an OFDM stream from the first base station and an OFDM stream from a second base station. The UE is further configured to transmit channel quality information to the first base station and the second base station and receive and detect data from the at least one OFDM stream from the first base station and the at least one OFDM stream from the second base station is based on the transmitted channel quality information.

Abstract: A system and method for crop monitoring is disclosed. The system includes support towers configured to irrigate a crop, wheels coupled to the support towers, a water conduit extending between the support towers, a truss system extending between the support towers and supporting the water conduit, nozzles, a sensor array, and a controller. The nozzles are fluidly coupled to the water conduit. The sensor array is configured to collect data associated with a parameter of the crop. The controller is communicatively coupled to the sensor array. The controller includes a processor and a memory. The memory contains instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform steps that include receiving the data associated with a parameter of the crop, determining at least one action item corresponding to data associated with the parameter of the crop, and sending a signal indicating that the action item should be performed.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a connector system for releasably connecting together tubes, whereby the connector system includes a first coupler including a first coupler passageway disposed therein, and a first coupler elastically deformable valve operable to seal the first coupler passageway from the external environment. The connector system further includes a second coupler including a second coupler passageway disposed therein, and a second coupler elastically deformable valve operable to seal the second coupler passageway from the external environment. The first and second couplers can be substantially identical; thus, the couplers can be genderless, as opposed to a connector system comprising male and female couplers. The connector system can further include a first coupler valve operable to interrupt fluid flow through the first coupler passageway, and a second coupler valve operable to interrupt fluid flow through the second coupler passageway.

The base station receive a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure during a random access procedure of the wireless device. The radio link failure report comprises a cell identifier of the cell and a parameter indicating a bandwidth of the BWP associated with the connection failure.

Abstract: A carbon dioxide (CO2) capture system and method for removing CO2 from an inlet gas including a first fluid stream inlet providing for the flow of a first fluid stream, such as an inlet gas containing CO2, and a second fluid stream inlet providing for the flow of a second fluid stream, such as steam, an outlet providing for the flow of a CO2 depleted stream from the CO2 capture system, an outlet providing for the flow of a CO2 stream from the CO2 capture system and a concentrator in fluid communication with the first fluid stream. The system further including a first contactor and a second contactor. Each of the first contactor and the second contactor defining therein a first fluidically-isolated, sorbent-integrated, fluid domain for flow of the first fluid stream and CO2 adsorption and a second fluidically-isolated fluid domain for flow of the second fluid stream to assist in desorption.

Abstract: The various implementations described herein include methods and systems for determining device leadership among voice interface devices. In one aspect, a method is performed at a first electronic device of a plurality of electronic devices, each having microphones, a speaker, processors, and memory storing programs for execution by the processors. The first device detects a voice input. It determines a device state and a relevance of the voice input. It identifies a subset of electronic devices from the plurality to which the voice input is relevant. In accordance with a determination that the subset includes the first device, the first device determines a first score of a criterion associated with the voice input and receives second scores of the criterion from other devices in the subset. In accordance with a determination that the first score is higher than the second scores, the first device responds to the detected input.
