Abstract: Systems and methods for altering the character of data originating from a Virtual Private Network (VPN) are provided. First data is received from the VPN by a first network interface. The first data comprises a first plurality of packets. A message is generated by combining the first plurality of packets. Second data is generated by segmenting the message into a second plurality of packets. A third plurality of packets in the second plurality of packets is equal to the network maximum transfer unit allowed by the Internet and the last packet in the second plurality of packets is less than the network maximum transfer unit allowed by the Internet. The second data is forwarded to the second network interface. The second network interface sends the data to a web server.

  • Patent number: 11538282
Abstract: Examples are disclosed that relate to representing recorded hand motion. One example provides a computing device comprising a logic subsystem and a storage subsystem comprising instructions executable by the logic subsystem to receive a recorded representation of hand motion determined relative to a virtual model aligned to a first instance of an object, receive image data corresponding to an environment, and recognize a second instance of the object in the environment. The instructions are further executable to align the virtual model to the second instance of the object, and output a parametric representation of hand motion for display relative to the virtual model as aligned to the second instance of the object, such that the parametric representation is spatially consistent with the recorded representation of hand motion relative to the virtual model as aligned to the first instance of the object.

  • Patent number: 11534865
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system for performing an Additive Manufacturing (AM) fabrication process on a powdered material (PM) forming a substrate. The system uses a first optical subsystem to generate an optical signal comprised of electromagnetic (EM) radiation sufficient to melt or sinter a PM of the substrate. The first optical subsystem is controlled to generate a plurality of different power density levels, with a specific one being selected based on a specific PM forming a powder bed being used to form a 3D part. At least one processor controls the first optical subsystem and adjusts a power density level of the optical signal, taking into account a composition of the PM. A second optical subsystem receives the optical signal from the first optical subsystem and controls the optical signal to help facilitate melting of the PM in a layer-by-layer sequence of operations.

  • Patent number: 11539632
Abstract: A system and method for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) includes capturing a set of wireless data traffic from a wireless transmission and performing frequency spectrum analysis on datagram arrival times to classify the wireless data traffic based upon potential constant-datagram-rate data content that may be indicative that at least a portion of the wireless data traffic is emanating from a UAV. The wireless data traffic may be captured from one or more Wi-Fi receivers and sorted based upon transmission parameters prior to performing the frequency spectrum analysis. Detected peak frequencies may be used to determine if any constant-datagram-rate traffic within the wireless data traffic potentially contains data traffic streaming from a UAV. Directional antennas and/or a phased array of antennas can be used to determine the direction of propagation of the wireless transmission and further classify the wireless data traffic based on potential emanation from a UAV.
