Patent number: 11359774Abstract: The invention describes a flexible lighting strip comprising a multitude of light-emitting diodes arranged in at least two groups. Each group comprises at least two light-emitting diodes arranged in an electrical series connection. The at least two groups are arranged in parallel to an anode track and a cathode track. The at least two groups are arranged in a longitudinal arrangement such that a last light-emitting diode of a first group is arranged next to a first light-emitting diode of a second group. The anode track and the cathode track each consist of a wire line having substantially circular wires that are bent to receive compressive and/or tensile stress. The electrical circuit provides a third wire line having a substantially circular wire as a center line arranged between the outer lines. At least one light-emitting diode of every group is mounted on an interposer which contracts all three wire lines.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 2018Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: Lumileds LLCInventors: Christian Kleijnen, Barbara Muelders, Lex Kosowsky, Manuel Grave, Udo Karbowski, Georg Henninger, S. Patent number: 11358797Abstract: This invention provides an idler for use in conveyor systems and associated shaft and support structure that reduces the potential for infiltration of contaminants into the bearing assemblies at the opposing ends of the shaft. By use of stampings, co-molded polymer with sealed metal end caps, press-fit end shafts and stamped-metal support structures a more contamination-resistant and efficiently constructed idler assembly is provided. A hollow shaft center section can be used. The polymer defines at least three sealing structures. The shaft defines a multi-piece unit, with the end shafts press-fit onto the center shaft section and held in place by the bearing subassemblies—affixed to the idler sleeve. The support framework includes three stamped and/or cut, and folded sheet metal pieces—a center section with a pair of opposing central risers that engage end shafts, and two opposing, separately attached, end risers, that engage outermost idler end shafts.Type: GrantFiled: February 12, 2021Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: NHI Mechanical Motion, LLCInventors: Kevin J. Patent number: 11363555Abstract: In a Citizens Broadband Radio Service (CBRS) system, high-power customer premises equipment (HP-CPE) transmits a registration request to a spectrum access system (SAS), which determines a CPE device type for the HP-CPE and transmits a positive registration response to the HP-CPE. The HP-CPE transmits a grant request to the SAS, which transmits a positive grant response to the HP-CPE. The HP-CPE transmits a heartbeat request to the SAS, which relies on the CPE device type to approve the heartbeat request without relying on a corresponding Coordinated Periodic Activity among SASs (CPAS) process, and transmits a positive heartbeat response to the HP-CPE. In one method, the SAS determines the CPE device type using a database that maps FCC model numbers to device types. In another method, the registration request contains a field with the CPE device type. Both methods enable immediate HP-CPE authorization without the delay of a CPAS process.Type: GrantFiled: October 2, 2020Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: Charter Communications Operating, LLCInventor: Lakhbir Singh

Patent number: 11362528Abstract: Mitigation of audible output of one or more components in a charging circuit. A charging circuit may include a mitigation controller operative to monitor a frequency of voltage at an input of a charging circuit. The frequency of the voltage at the input node may result in a mitigation condition associated with audible output of one or more components of the charging circuit. In response to detection of the mitigation condition, the mitigation controller may temporarily disable the supply of power from charging circuit to a system load to mitigate (e.g., potentially eliminate) audible output of the circuit. During a time in which the charging circuit is disabled from supplying power to the system load, a battery of the device may supply power to the system load.Type: GrantFiled: June 20, 2019Date of Patent: June 14, 2022Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Junzhuo Tian, Jui Tong Tan, Andrew Lawrence
