Abstract: A tool for adjusting the alignment of a connector carried within slots in one or more components. The tool comprises a first member and a second member, wherein the first member and/or second member includes an alignment feature configured to react against reaction feature(s) of the one or more components to adjust the alignment of the connector within the slots. The first member includes a shaft and a tool head carried thereby. The tool head comprises a body configured to engage a first portion of the connector. The second member is configured to be coupled with the first member, and also includes a shaft and a tool head carried thereby. The tool head of the second member comprises a body configured to engage a second portion of the connector.

Abstract: Technologies are described for assemblies to recline a seat. The assemblies may comprise a shaft, a threaded end at a first end of the shaft, a Stroke limiter, a seat back mounting, a mounting fastener, an energy absorber, and at least one locknut. A first end of the Stroke limiter may be attached to a second end of the shaft. The seat back mounting may be attached to a second end of the Stroke limiter and the mounting fastener. The energy absorber may be a kinetic energy absorbing element and the shaft may pass through the energy absorber. The locknut may be configured to secure the shaft of the seat recline assembly to the seat frame mounting with the end of the shaft attached to the Stroke limiter on a first side of the seat frame mounting and the energy absorber on a second side of the seat frame mounting.
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains answers by a candidate to assessments related to qualifications for one or more opportunities. Next, the system applies a machine learning model to the answers and additional qualifications for an additional opportunity to produce a match score between the candidate and the additional opportunity. The system then compares the match score to a threshold to determine a recommendation related to applying to the additional opportunity by the candidate. Finally, the system outputs the recommendation in association with the additional opportunity.

Abstract: Methods and systems for laser etching substrates to fine tune antennas for wireless communication are provided. A method includes laser etching an antenna element design into a substrate material. The antenna element design is for receiving conductive material to form an antenna structure. An additional step of locating a three-dimensional rendering apparatus for rendering the three-dimensional item in a second state can be included. The three-dimensional rendering apparatus can be configured as a kiosk (manned or unmanned), Internet-enabled vending machine, and the like. The first state can comprise a virtual state and the second state can comprise a physical state. Likewise, the first state can comprise a physical state and the second state can comprise a virtual state. Additionally, the three-dimensional item/object can be mapped in the first state for rendering in the second state.

Abstract: This document describes techniques and apparatuses for releasing information to improve cell selection in different resource control states. To improve communication performance, a user equipment (UE) 110 releases dedicated cell-selection information 306, which may not be appropriate as the UE 110 moves to different geographical locations and transitions to different resource control states 218. Different situations cause the UE 110 to release the dedicated cell-selection information 306, including performing a cell-selection procedure in an inactive state that selects another cell that does not support the inactive state, processing a paging message 308, or transitioning from the inactive state to an idle state. By releasing the dedicated cell-selection information 306, the UE 110 performs a future cell-selection procedure without relying on the dedicated cell-selection information.
Abstract: An apparatus receives an upper layer packet that includes data from a source device, a virtual private network (VPN) identification, a destination address, and a destination option type. The apparatus authenticates the upper layer packet by comparing the VPN identification of the received upper layer packet to a customer VPN identification. The apparatus determines whether the apparatus recognizes the destination option type of the upper layer packet. The apparatus discards the upper layer packet on a condition that the apparatus does not recognize the destination option type. The apparatus decapsulates the upper layer packet into a lower layer packet and transmits the decapsulated packet to a destination on a condition that the apparatus recognizes the destination option type.
Abstract: An electronic device, a method and apparatus for producing an electronic device, and a composition therefor are disclosed. An adhesive material is applied in a first pattern on a surface of a receiver substrate. A carrier having a metal foil disposed thereon is brought into contact with the first substrate such that a portion of the metal foil contacts the adhesive material. The adhesive material includes a first polymer, a second polymer, and a conductive carbon black dispersion, and is activated using at least one of mechanical pressure and heat while the portion of the metal foil is in contact with the adhesive material. The first substrate and the second substrate are separated, whereby the portion of the metal foil is transferred to the first substrate. The adhesive is electrically conductive to maximize the possibility of maintaining electrical connectivity even when there is a break in the metal foil.

Abstract: Various embodiments can include a system for the prevention of fraud. The system can comprise one or more processors and one or more non-transitory memory storage devices storing computing instructions. The computing instructions can be configured to run on the one or more processors and can perform: receiving an indication from a software application on a mobile device of a user that the mobile device has broken a first geofence; calculating a risk score for a first user account of the user; and prompting the user for additional information via the mobile device when the risk score is below a predetermined value. Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure can comprise systems and methods for creating and modifying named entity recognition models. The system can use two or more existing named entity recognition models to output responses to natural language queries for which the models have not yet been trained. When the output from the two or more models match, the query and the resulting output can be stored as training data for a new named entity recognition model. If the output from the two or models do not match, the query and the outputs can be stored in an exceptions file for additional review. In some embodiments, the system can comprise one or more processors and a display for providing a user interface (UI).
Abstract: A vacuum pump includes a hollow container that has a vacuum port and internal chamber walls. The vacuum port opens to an exterior of the container and the chamber walls define chambers that are in fluid communication with the vacuum port. There are flexible bladders disposed in the chambers. The flexible bladders include vents that open through the container to the exterior. A plunger in the container includes arms that extend into the chambers such that each of the flexible bladders is situated between one of the arms and one of the chamber walls. The plunger is moveable between a home position and an upstroke position to compress and deflate the flexible bladders via the vents and thereby change the volume of the flexible bladders. The change in the volume draws a vacuum through the vacuum port.
Abstract: A cannula assembly can allow an operator in an arthroscopic surgical procedure to control both an arthroscope and a surgical tool with a single hand. In some embodiments, for example, a scope tube may be combined with a tool tube to allow such control. The tool may be manipulated, for example, by causing the tool to rotate, and/or to move forward and backward in relation to the cannula assembly.
Abstract: A document modification event management system for notification of specific edits made to electronic content items, and a method of determining the relevance of the modification. As an example, a first user may make an edit to a portion of a document. A second user may receive a notification of this edit if the system determines the edit was relevant to the second user. In addition, during review of an electronic content item, a reader may select a specific portion of content and view the modifications that have occurred to only the selected portion. These tools can provide collaborative document users the ability to more readily monitor document development and stay up-to-date with changes that are important to them.
